We have just booked our second holiday with Disabled Holidays and the process was just as positive and straightforward as the first time. Adam was incredibly helpful and insightful making sure we had all the crucial information about the holiday we were booking. It is very hard to book holidays for my father who has MS and is in a wheelchair but Disabled Holidays truly make going on holiday still a possibility for my family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an accessible holiday.

Used DisabledHolidays twice now. When contacting them always had a quick response and found them very helpful. I would totally recommend this company. Professional and friendly.

My husband became disabled last year, and we have struggled to find holiday destinations. I found Disabled Holidays by chance and wow! Lottie has been so helpful, going above ant beyond to help me find the right place for us. We can't wait to get to Bude and then enjoy more holidays with them.

The team at Disabled Holidays were so helpful in booking a recent cruise for me and my Mom.

They were also very quick to respond to any queries we had, and as it was our first cruise there were quite a few!!

Everything worked out perfectly and our cabin was perfect.

It is massively reassuring to know there is a company we can use to book a holiday who understand the needs of a disabled passenger so we will be in touch soon to plan our next adventure!

Adam and Lucy have been really helpful throughout the booking of our holiday for next year. My mum is disabled and finding something that suits all of her mobility needs is rather challenging, but they made it simple. Told them her needs, they gave us a property! We are really looking forward to going next September!

I was desperately trying to find somewhere to stay in Cornwall with our disabled Son and there was hardly anything suitable in September. Then I stumbled across Disabled Holidays and Adam was so helpful sorting out all our Son’s requirements, he answered all my queries and put my mind at rest and said he could help if anything else occurs to us. I had a very pleasant experience booking our holiday for next year with Adams help. Finding a holiday with a disabled daughter is either extremely expensive or enormously difficult . Nothing was too much trouble for him. I recommend using this company

From the initial Email enquiry one evening I received a reply the next day regarding our interest and although our first choice wasn't available Adam was quick to supply an equal choice that was available for our dates .It has been a thoroughly good experience and the pricing was very competitive too .I will be recommending this company to all that could make use of it

This is the 4th year we have booked a holiday through Disabled Holidays and the 4th time we have had the lovely Adam helping us choose something suitable for my disabled son. They have so much choice and dog friendly properties too! Nothing is too much for him, he’s professional and friendly. Here’s looking forward to booking further holidays with them!

This company has been a god send. They have helped me find the perfect holiday for a lady I support. They have made sure everything is there to meet my ladies needs. They haven't been pushy or rude.

I tried to use this company to book a disability holiday to Europe. My initial enquiry was at the end of April 25 and ended 25.5.25

My first choice of hotels was not available. Disabled Holidays recommended another hotel but did not confirm availability, this took over a week for them to tell me the hotel was fully booked after I contacted them a few times.

The next hotel Disabled Holidays recommended The hotel was closed and under refurbishment for the past 6 months (I think unknown to the staff member in Disabled Holidays) and the works were overdue.There was a possibility the hotel or adapted room was not going to be ready at the time of our booking. I was given the option by Disabled Holidays to pre-book the hotel and rearrange the holiday, if the adapted room was unavailable because of refurbishment of the hotel all done at short notice! I concluded/ended my business with Disabled Holidays on 25.5.25 because I was unsure that a particular staff member knew what they were doing and could actually deliver a holiday.

I took my business elsewhere and worked with another disability company with the help of a travel agent. Within 2 days I had hotel availability confirmation in my original destination. Confirmation of availability from the tour operator was also done quickly. This enquiry took a total of 5 days from start to finish and was guaranteed.

There are more efficient and knowledgeable disability holiday companies out there offering far more choice of hotels and flight times, Disabled Holidays just wasted my time.
