Charlotte who I dealt with was very helpful with booking a break for my disabled mother, made sure the doors were wide enough for mums chair before confirming the booking.

I enquired about a holiday for a lady i support, spoke to Lottie today and she went though all our needs checked with the hotel and got back to me within 15 minutes with a price. Lottie has made this booking process quick and easy and took care of all of our needs. Great customer service.

When it comes to sourcing a holiday that meets the needs of a disabled person it's a minefield. This company took my requirements on board and came back with a suggestion within 24 hrs. The cost was reasonable and I'm looking forward to going away next month 🙂

Adam followed up our enquiry online and secured our 1st choice despite us just being grateful to find a suitable hotel anywhere to get a break. He learned our needs, held the room and followed through. I know I could of got a cheaper break but that's not the point. He knew the market and married up a solution and was clear to get insurance, so we are now looking forward to a break when summer comes.

Friendly service and very accessible, would use again

Disabled holidays helped me to create what turned out to be an amazing life changing experience for my complex disabled son. The world was opened up to him on a Spain/France Cruise through Princess Cruises and gave him an opportunity that he may not have otherwise experienced travelling abroad by means of an accessible mode of transport.
From visiting beaches shops and churches at the ports to watching West End calibre musicals in the evenings after a three course meal on the ship there was something for the whole family.
The staff on the ship supported my son with all his needs including the Maitre D and restaurant staff cooking his medical ketogenic diet, to the housekeeping staff who willingly and discreetly changed his bedding daily.
Between Disabled Holidays, Princess Cruises and myself my son had a most memorable holiday!
