I have nothing but praise for the hard-working staff at Diversity. I have been working with Renata who has promptly replied to emails, discussed travel plans, and shown great patience when talking on the phone through many international bookings. I think she needs a raise! Thank you.

The travel world has gone nuts - 3 hours to clear security in Denver, Stampede risk at CDG in Paris, canalled flight out of South Africa - and thats just last week. Enter Diversity Travel. I reached out to Diversity Travel when looking for a school trip for year 11 to London.
Kadie was my contact and she was knowledgeable, helpful and kept me up to date all through the quotation process. Would highly recommend.

Renata Sousa used to deal with our organisations account. This recently changed and we were allocated another team, however she recently stepped in and helped us to resolve a costly matter. Many thanks Renata, as always it is a pleasure to connect with you.

Was great working with the Diversity Travel team who were extremely accommodating and helpful with a tricky trip to organise. We couldn't have done it without them and the result was a trip that went extremely smoothly with very happy participants. We'd definitely work with them again on future trips!

It's always worrying using a new company for school travel especially as we've used the same for quite a while, but I decided to take the plunge and see what they could offer. Everything was dealt with efficiently and quickly from the initial enquiry with Kristin to the booking and organisation of the itinerary and fine details with our travel expert, Anoushka. She was so good and made our experience really personal. We had a travel issue - not the companies fault but due to an accident on the way to the ferry terminal which impacted the first day of our itinerary in France and ferry travel. Problems were ironed out smoothly and so professionally, even though I had a slight panic my end! There was no need to worry. Our trip leader used the emergency contact details in France and received outstanding service. So much so, we are booking again for a different destination and really looking forward to it. This could be the start of a beautiful relationship!

Sophia took charge of booking a meeting room in London for our business trip and made very light work of the job - we are very grateful as booking travel and accommodation hasn't proved anywhere near as successful. Thankyou Sophia (Granger)

Our trip was extremely well organised and our students really enjoyed it! We had a cancellation from Chelsea FC but Frankie had this issue rectified on the same day and booked us with Tottenham Hotspur instead which was brilliant! She kept us informed every step of the way and looked after our needs.

We had booked for a financial economics tour of the city but the tour guide gave us a historical tour of the places visited which wasn't necessary for our GCSE Economics students hence the four stars not five. I would happily book through Diversity Travel again but next time ensure that the financial tour was specific to our students' learning needs.

Diversity Travel has provided amazing support making arrangements for a school visit to the US. Special thanks goes to our Diversity Travel Expert Frankie who is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have kept us updated along the process, made sure all safeguarding and safety checks are carried out and just being a massive support at every stage over what was a rather complicated visit to organise. After some initial confusion with booking, Megan took over and was helpful in securing the flights and transfers we needed for a large group. Megan was always helpful in making the changes we needed to the booking.

Excellent service offered by the business travel consultant. The complex booking I required was arranged in a very efficient and professional manner by Delfina. The diligent approach taken achieved a great flight deal and the courteous nature of the interactions was wonderful. It is this type of service that is sadly often missing in the travel industry today - not so at Diversity

Unfortunately my employer (major UK university with tens of thousands of staff) has taken on Diversity Travel as the provider to book all travel. You need to go through them lest your money won't be refunded.

Problem is, they don't really have a clue what they're doing. I wasted two days to book a rail ticket between interface not working (but their IT team is working on it, rest assured), prices not matching what I could see online and other things. Eventually I got an e-ticket but no seat reservation, despite asking for it. They told me I can call Crosscountry to add the reservation, which they could not do, as a 3rd party issued the ticket. Went back to them and they said the only solution is to cancel the ticket and make a new one, but it had to be made by their special rail team 🤦🏼 and to be collected at the station.

We did that, I spoke with the rail guy who assured me I would have a reservation. We spent a good half an hour on the phone to explain all the issues and what I wanted. He confirmed the seating preferences and half an hour later he sent me the tickets... without seat reservation!

I eventually found out (not thanks to Diversity Travel) you couldn't reserve seats with that ticket type. I called them back to ask what they were going to do with that and they had the face to thank me for letting them know that was the case... (rail guy said he had learnt something new that day)

I'm not sure how they got chosen as the University sole provider. Probably their marketing skills are better than their travel agent ones...

The agents are all extremely friendly and know their stuff. Especially knowledgeable with international complex itineraries. High praises

After all our years of searching we have finally found a company who know how to manage travel for a student group! First class service from request to departure. The students definitely had an enhanced experience thanks to the expertise of Diversity Travel.

I’ve booked flights via this company several times and have always been happy with their service. A lot of time and effort was put into listening to our needs and then finding what we needed. We are a tiny organisation and sometimes flights could only be found that were the same as directly booking online but when that happened we were informed. We experienced a difficulty with a team member (ours, not Diversity’s) at the last minute (actually after check in) and the staff responded quickly, going over and above to help.
I have just returned from visiting our project. If I’d booked for myself it would have cost me £500 more than the flight that Diversity sourced for me …… always friendly, professional and I feel that they care about us as clients. Thank you Diversity, you are the best!
