I have been buying from Diy Eliquids for a couple of years and apart from a couple of minor issues (flavours ordered not actually being available) which have been sorted by them actually contacting me and asking if they can substitute a different flavour.
My last order has still yet to arrive, tracking says that Royal mail are still expecting my order (this is now a week and a half later) I have tried contacting the company via there online form (more than once), which gives an automated email response stating they will contact me, and have tried contacting by telephone which just rings out.
I feel that I am now £50 out of pocket with little chance of me getting either my money or what I have ordered. I can see after checking out other recent reviews that I am not the only one with this issue.

Ordered £30.00 of e liquid and it did not arrive. No response from the company. I should have read the reviews before ordering

Not shipped out anything. Been weeks. No response to emails and phone number just rings out.

Update as of today.
never been refunded, ignore phone call, emails and amy attempts at contact.

reported to citizen advice, trading standard and the police as thief and scammers.

E-mailed them several times, No response, done an online request form for someone to contact me, No one called, Tried phoning the customer service phone number, No answer. Used up my points that I’ve saved up and won’t return

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

ordered previously with no issues. This time accepted order but no delivery.
No contact tried e-mailing tried calling.
Then had the check to ask me to review the products.

These scammers still have my money £150 and I have ordered from somewhere else.

If I could have given no stars, I would have...
Avoid this company because they don't reply to emails and don't refund cancelled orders.
My order worth £37 was cancelled (by them), and I emailed them 5 times politely asking for a refund, but the only reply I got was the automated reply thanking me for contacting them.

Used to be really good , but has gotten really bad recently , no answer from CS on phone or email and my order is no where to be seen after 2 weeks wait , can't get a refund due to them not answering me in way whatsoever

Its been 20 days since the items were marked as dispatched, Royal Mil has'nt received them yet for the stated 48hr service. No reply to emails sent either.

The service is terrible I never received my order. The tracking number they gave for Royal Mail was not recognised. Customer service is none existent tried calling over 50 times and it just rings out emailed and messaged around 10 times but still waiting for a response a month later maybe they will contact me after seeing this review but I won’t hold my breath.
I ended up ordering from another company and received my order the next day

Very Poor Customer Service. Package delivery damaged. Missing items. Not replying to multiple emails. Not answering multiple calls.

Did not send the goods. Did not reply to inquiries. Thieves

Great flavours, cheap nic shots, and fast delivery. Repeat customer. Recommend.

Ordered four items, only got three. Receipt marked one as refunded but I never got the money. Emailed multiple times and heard nothing back tired calling no answer. Terrible customer service I’ll never use them again. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.😡

Order not dispatched, no response when i raised the issue through the form on the website and no answer to phone calls

Accepted online order, then got a txt the day of delivery to advise it was not in stock. Accepted there offer to have the same vape as I ordered but in a different colour. Order arrived and it was the wrong vape that had been sent. Phone number doesn’t work, tried to contact on the mobile number they txt me on and no answer and sent an email. Finally heard from them for a picture of the vape they incorrectly sent me, which I did straight away and no reply at all regarding exchange/refund. Will have to pick up with my credit card company to query,

Placed an order 20/05/26 , never received it and Royal Mail tracking never received it, I finally received a reply email 02/06/26 and confirmed that I want a refund, as of today 25/06/26 I have still not received a refund or any further answer to my emails and messages sent on their contact us page. very poor customer service, do not answer the phone or respond to emails.
