Swift service, very organised

I purchased some empty vape bottles from them. They turned up fine but each bottle would leak when filling my vape, one of them the cap actually popped off leaking liquid everywhere. i e-mailed to get a return started or refund and they didnt reply. i just e-mailed again and their e-mail is returning disabled recipient address error. i assume they blocked me perhaps.

Scam site , don’t ever use this site !!!! Placed order they called 2 days later saying out of stock and would issue refund , 15 days later still no refund . They don’t answer calls and respond to emails . This site needs reporting for fraud and theft !!!

Made order on Thursday 13th Nov still waiting for it on 18th Nov. Royal mail website says they are still waiting on it. And did e liquid don't answer emails or phone. Would have been quicker for me to walk to there shop and pick the order up. And that would have been over 300 miles. Poor customer service. First and last order. Got a dat before I contact bank and look at getting my money back.

I ordered 30x various e-liquids. Delivery was quick.

Upon delivery i noticed 15 of the 30 e-liquids were past there use by date.

I emailed DIYE-liquid on the day of delivery, explaining the situation and requesting for them to be replaced.

DIYE-liquid replied within 24 hours apologising saying this was not up to there usually standards, requesting photos of the issue. All very positive.

I took photos of the invoice and the out of date e-liquids and sent this to DIYE-liquid on the same day of their reply.

Unfortunately this is when all communication stopped, I sent follow-up emails to DIYE-liquid without reply.

Very disappointing

I had been using DIYE-liquid for around 18 months prior to this issue.

Didn't recieve my money back.
Took my money and did not receive my items. Told me the items were discontinued so should have had a straight refund.This was 28th Aug.
After countless emails and phone calls and them fobbing me off to say they processed it and still nothing 2 months on.
Never dealt with such awful company.

Received my order which was incorrect, 2 of the concentrates were the wrong flavour profile. I tried to contact by phone, the phonr No is out of service, used the contact form on the website , no reply, used the E Bay contact form , no response, all I wanted was to send the incorrect items back & to to receive the correct items, I have been trying to contact them for 3 months now & have given up & will never use again, which is a shame as their concentrates are quite good , not matched, however by their customer service.

Ordered over two weeks ago but still not received any items. Tracking from royal mail shows still waiting to receive items!!! I have sent several emails but had no response from this company. Waste of time. I just want a refund as I have had to order from elsewhere.
