As a commercial cleaning company, we deal with many letting agencies across central Scotland and beyond. We work closely with DJ Alexander (both West End and Shawlands) amongst others. Stephen, Zach, Julie and Ava (Property Support Team) really stand out from the crowd. Communication is always clear, professional, and timely, which makes coordinating EOT cleans and property access very straightforward.

From a contractor perspective, they are proactive, organised, and a real pleasure to deal with. Any issues are handled efficiently and fairly, and they make working together easy and stress-free.

We value the relationship greatly and would happily recommend them to landlords and contractors alike.

I have just taken possession of my flat in Glasgow.
Alexanders were fantastic they have a comprehensive inventory from start of tenancy and a completed a thorough inventory at the end.
They have a very good deposit scheme that guarantees compensation up to 10 weeks rent.
Damage caused by the tenant exceeded £1000 and as per usual the tenant denied liability.
Gerrit Alberts their exit manager gave me full support with my claim and organised a professional clean and ensured that my claim for damage an missing items was met in full

I just wanted to post a review to mention the first class service from Amy O'Neil , End of Tenancy Property Relationship Manager at DJ Alexander, for arranging a contractor to replace all of the windows at my property in Glasgow. It was all taken care of at my request when I have been outside the country and the finished job looks fantastic.

When I was selling my flat in Glasgow City Centre, I was looking for a selling agent with knowledge of the area and experience in the sales process. I was delighted with the commitment and expertise shown by Conor Mc Nulty of D J Alexander's Byres Road office. The sale of my flat went through very quickly and efficiently, and I put that down to very good marketing and the identification of potential buyers. It was important for me to be kept in the loop re progress and I can honestly say that communication could not have been better. I'm grateful to Conor and to the other team members involved.

Today I had the pleasure dealing with Stephanie McMillan in the Byers road office, she was extremely helpful, upbeat and professional in her outlook towards various painting jobs I’d benn doing at properties managed by DJ Alexander’s, she is a huge asset to the company, knew the background on every property and is very efficient and knowledgable.

I have worked with many property management companies over the years, and D.J. Alexander have genuinely stood out in the way they handled a complex maintenance and insurance situation at my property in Glasgow.

In particular, Paul Hyett-Czompo, Lisa Cameron and Chloe Callaghan demonstrated a level of professionalism and accountability that is not always easy to find. From the outset, they approached what was a technically detailed and time-sensitive issue with clarity, structure and composure.

Communication was consistent and measured. They did not simply pass information back and forth… they took ownership of the process, coordinated specialist contractors, ensured timelines were properly documented, and helped present the position clearly for insurance purposes. Their understanding of both the practical and procedural aspects of property management made a tangible difference.

What impressed me most was their ability to navigate a nuanced situation calmly and methodically, while keeping me fully informed. When dealing with property issues that carry legal and financial implications, you need a team that understands detail and acts responsibly. That was very much my experience.

Their support significantly reduced stress during what could otherwise have been a very difficult period. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul, Lisa, Chloe and the wider D.J. Alexander team to other landlords who value competence, transparency and proactive management.
