Alexandra Holzbarova made my experience so easy. She was super patient from the start, very helpful with all her advice and her communication was amazing too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a rental.

We have had a fantastic experience so far working with Emma Wright. We are currently in the process of moving from overseas and DJ Alexander has stood out from the rest. From the first step of applying for an appointment, to viewing the property of our choice, Emma was very professional and helpful. We can't wait to finalize the remaining process and move in.

I have just taken possession of my flat in Glasgow.
Alexanders were fantastic they have a comprehensive inventory from start of tenancy and a completed a thorough inventory at the end.
They have a very good deposit scheme that guarantees compensation up to 10 weeks rent.
Damage caused by the tenant exceeded £1000 and as per usual the tenant denied liability.
Gerrit Alberts their exit manager gave me full support with my claim and organised a professional clean and ensured that my claim for damage an missing items was met in full

I've had the pleasure of working closely with DJA as a contractor for the last 3 years in various departments of the business so there are far too many names to mention however big shout out to the Glasgow maintenance team, compliance, HMO & end of tenancy who I have really enjoyed dealing with on a regular basis.

The most recent Property Manager I've had to deal with is Ikenna, he's been a great addition to the team since he joined. Keep up the good work.

I'm a contractor who works with DJ Alexander. I'd like to mention Ikenna Njoku in particular, one of the Property Relationship Managers. Ikenna is always a pleasure to deal with, extremely responsive and always pushes for a fast response for his tenants and landlords. He deals with technical matters with a good understanding. He always follows up on invoice queries quickly and is always very professional to deal with. Definitely one of my favourite property managers!

I just wanted to post a review to mention the first class service from Amy O'Neil , End of Tenancy Property Relationship Manager at DJ Alexander, for arranging a contractor to replace all of the windows at my property in Glasgow. It was all taken care of at my request when I have been outside the country and the finished job looks fantastic.

I am happy to see that the issues in my property being resolved so quick. When I hear my friends struggling to get an answer from their agents; DJ on the other hand is quick and responsive. A big thank you to Kaylee Edwards

I had a phone call from Harrison Reeves this morning regarding a query I had emailed him late the previous day explaining exactly what action had been taken. He also gave me information on another matter and when contractors would attend. I must also mention Ellie McVitie who has been attentive with regard to the same problem.
I am happy to write a positive review because I have, in the past, had to chase answers to my questions.

I had a great experience with DJ Alexander estate agent. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, which made everything much easier and stress-free. They were very friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions we had.

What really stood out was how quickly they handled everything – the whole process was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate their professionalism and support, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive agent.

I've only had a short experience with DJ Alexander but so far it seems like a very organised company. Communication via email with Emma has been great and viewing flats with Jennie was also a good experience. I'm looking forward to letting from them soon!

Whilst our contact Mhairi Bains, Relationship Manager has been exceptional in getting our oven fixed, it still took 9 weeks to get a working oven. She did extremely well to manage our awful landlord.

I feel that DJ Alexander ONLY cares about their landlords and not tenants giving rise to these scenarios.

We have been tenants here for nearly 10 years and have had unbelievable number of problems with the property and EVERY time DJ hides behind their agreement with the landlord making wonder if it’s because getting a new tenant is easy for them. This is incredibly short sighted.

We have NEVER been offered compensation nor have we had any maintenance issues sorted promptly other than when it’s related to the heating. We have even had issues with that and was once told to take my small children to a swimming pool for showers🤦‍♀️!!
We have a fridge freezer that is currently broken, been reported many times but has been allegedly ‘fixed’ we can’t store fresh vegetables without it freezing up.

We have Serious damp/mold issues and a manual on how to manage it was the DJ’s response! 🤔
Honestly, I would NEVER recommend the company to anyone.

I was delayed due to traffic but Alexandra was patient and very understanding. She was very elaborate about the questions I had and made sure she asked the right questions.
As we all know searching a flat can be tedious but I was very lucky to have had my viewing with Alexandra.

We have been using DJ Alexander for a number of years now and have been consistently satisfied with how they have both looked after our tenants and properties. We can always rely on them to make sure we comply with all of the landlord regulations, communication is always timely and billing/accounts are accurate. Our properties have consistently had tenants with the minimal amount of vacant time between tenants. In particular, Jenn in Team Hanover has been great to work with!

When I was selling my flat in Glasgow City Centre, I was looking for a selling agent with knowledge of the area and experience in the sales process. I was delighted with the commitment and expertise shown by Conor Mc Nulty of D J Alexander's Byres Road office. The sale of my flat went through very quickly and efficiently, and I put that down to very good marketing and the identification of potential buyers. It was important for me to be kept in the loop re progress and I can honestly say that communication could not have been better. I'm grateful to Conor and to the other team members involved.

Over the last few months, Hope has been our main correspondent. She has been extremely helpful, is very confident at her job and friendly.

I have previously left a review and after speaking to management about late payments and statements I deleted my bad review but yet again another late payment and no statement again ! There for another bad review , no matter how many times I speak to this company on this matter it happens again and again and again , getting sick and tired of this with this company

Daniel Walker has been very helpful to me recently, as a property owner, as have other members of the team. Richard Tierney answers my e-mails and provides the support I need.
