Recently rented a property through this company and sadly it was a terrible experience

The property was riddled with Mould and Damp, which was brought to the attention of the property manager very quickly, which was ignored for roughly 2/3 months. It was not until legal action was brought up before we actually managed to end our tenancy early and get our deposit back. There were also multiple emails sent to get this sorted which were ignored including many other problems with the flat, which was located a 5 minute walk from the office in Inverurie

I do not know if this was a property manager issue or branch issue but DJ Alexander broke our tenancy agreement on multiple occasions and the repair standards 2006 (which we had to send a 4 page document to them to prove and highlight) and I absolutely wouldn't advise anyone to rent through this estate agents

Relocating to a different area and leaving my house in the hands of an agent to find a suitable tenant was daunting. The staff at the Inverurie office were professional, helpful and carried out the preparatory work needed on my house for rental quickly and efficiently. They took great care in finding a suitable tenant which made the whole process easy and stress-free.

I recently took on the lease of a property in Inverurie and found DJ Alexander to be very helpful, particularly Charlotte Findlay who dealt with it. I was kept up to speed with everything that was going on and it was all very clear.
Made life a lot easier for me!

Was good service from start to finish. Although it was clear the flat had not been inspected and there were items missing, these were soon replaced following apologies.

They were friendly and professional, explained everything clearly and made it so easy for us. Also, John in the compliance department was so professional and efficient in making sure our house was ready to let. He was also so friendly and helpful during the various work that had to be done. We really appreciate the whole team.
