all in all, not bad

the website is a little touchy. I did see that the piecing from website sit was ever the same. The easy to compare each drone was not there unless you want to click back and forth. all in the dji mine 3 has been nice to and easy to fly, good pictures and video.

FedEx delays

It's been about two weeks since I placed my order. I was considering canceling it, but since it had already shipped, I decided to keep it.

Unfortunately, the package was shipped via FedEx, and according to their tracking, it's been sitting at a depot just three miles from my house for the past five days. FedEx keeps sending me updated delivery dates, but they continue to delay or cancel them.

Don't get the Worry Free Delivery!!!

I purchased a charging station for my Avata 360 along with the "Worry Free Delivery". The shipment departed on time, but 7 days later it had not arrived. NO Updates were given after day 2 shipping time for the location of my shipment from SEEL. I contacted the "SEEL" aka Worry free delivery to inquire about the currently location of my shipment and expected delivery date. The automated chat could only provide me with the same tracking information from the shipper that I could see myself on their website. I asked in the chat if they could contact the shipper to get an updated location and expected delivery date. The chat responded that contacting the shipper directly was outside the scope of their service! They only provide the information posted on the shippers website. They refused to contact the shipper on my behalf to make a simple inquiry, and told me I would have to wait 30 days from the date of my inquiry (not the original date of shipment) to request a refund/replacement of my shipment.
I found the phone number of the shipper online and called them directly myself. I spoke to their representative, who informed me that the shipment had sat in California at the shippers location for a week in a trailer, but was "on its way" to Chicago. Within 10 minutes, I had a work ticket created by the shippers representative, and my shipment location and delivery date was confirmed. The shipper apologized for not posting updates on their website, and upgraded my shipment for Urgent delivery (next day before 8 am)at no additional cost to me. I believe they pulled my shipment from the trailer in Walnut California, and air shipped it to my location in Illinois. I received my shipment as promised by the shipper the following morning at 7:45 am.
I would not recommend paying for the "Worry Free Delivery" for anyone purchasing from DJI USA, as they do not provide any services for the fee they charge that you cannot easily provide for yourself with minimal effort. I have asked for a refund for the purchase price of the Worry Free shipment, as I believe they did not perform the service I paid for.
As far as the product itself, it was exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition.

With all due respect. It’s unfortunate you’re out of stock of some products. I was trying to pick up a mini five Pro intelligent flight battery plus. But you were out of stock. Subsequently, I had to purchase from a vendor, B&H Photo/Video. Is this an anomaly, or is it an ongoing interruption?

I dislike the warranty process

I dislike the warranty process. I tried getting the warranty with the activation, but it wouldn’t allow me to. I tried several times. Now it’s saying I have to submit a video to get the warranty.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY BAD, BAD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD WITH THEIR PRODUCTS, THEY DON'T ANSWER FOR ANYTHING, I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY ARE NOT OF HIGH QUALITY, AND THE SERVICE IS THE WORST THERE IS IN ALL OF THE UNITED SATES OR AMERICA

Why are they selling a 3 party cover…

Why are they selling a 3 party cover plan ?instead of the dji refresh care ? And when you buy a dron now they want to sale the actual dji care after you already buy the 3rd party care that's not the official dji and they don't cover fly away neither water damage and you have to spend more money to buy the official care just ripping people off...
