It says you guarantee 3-4 day delivery

It says you guarantee 3-4 day delivery, it took 7 days. I've reached out twice about the guarantee and no one seemed to care. The product is as described and everything looks good.

it took way to long for a package to…

it took way to long for a package to come across country, should take three days max, like UPS. the box looked like it had been kicked from Calf.

Shipping has been horrible

Shipping has been horrible. Little to no updates and over a week and still haven’t received package.
