Great drone for a beginner and there’s no need to upgrade for a while!

Costumer service is horrible. You only can contact them via email and takes them forever to respond to your email . So unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I love it! I am very happy with my DJ Mini Pro

Everything was great with the slight exception that I had. To sign for the package. I can see where this can be beneficial to some customers, and certainly to DJI, but it’s was a pain to stay at home all day to wait to sign for the package , when our location is very secure.

Shipping was fast, and everything arrived as expected. Setup was quick and easy. I had never flown a drone before, but it was so user-friendly that even my 7-year-old daughter was able to fly it around with ease.

I love the M4 Pro it takes amazing pics and videos. But very disappointed with the controller situation. I do mapping with Drone Deploy and have been doing this for years with Mavic Pro and Mavic2 Pro by connecting my controller to my tablet. I purchased the with the RC2 controller and as much research I did on this I had no idea the RC2 would not accept Drone Deploy or any other app. So just spent another $1200 on the RC2 Pro. I was able to install Drone Deploy but haven’t had a chance to try it yet. DJI really put the shaft to millions of customers who use your drones for a living. Also wondering if I can send the RC2 back for some kind of credit since this came with the drone and not purchased separately. I know technology is evolving and the days connecting tablets, are probably over. But do better informing your customers what you can and cannot do with these. If I had known I would have purchased the package with the RC2 Pro and saved a few hundred $$.

Awesome drone and camera. Perfect for beginners. Set-up and app are easily navigated. Which, isn't always the case with gadgets. Mini 5 pro is on my radar next.

I had so many DJI drones throughout the years. I had taken a break for a while because I got in a horrific accident which caused me to lose some fingers and had to get a prosthetic knee a prosthetic hip bolts in my pelvis wires through my spine that lead to a battery and my brachial plexus got torn out as well as my right Peck muscle and my right bicep. Unfortunately, I only can use the motion controller which I do like, but unable to get the top speeds that many others get. I guess the good thing is that I’m alive. I enjoy flying the drones so much and I want to take my pilots license for commercial status although not looking to get a big job about it but just having a little more freedom thank you DJI for continuing to come out with an awesome product
