It was very easy to arrange collection and return of my car. The car was fixed quickly.

Everybody was really nice, kind, friendly and down to earth. I left my child car seat in the courtesy car and one of the team members actually offered to drop it back for me on their way home. Work was done promptly and to a good standard too.

Had a query about a previous repair. Photos were sent yesterday afternoon, this morning Steve called, I managed to drop in & my car is sorted…. And it’s only just gone 9am!!

This is a convenient service as they collect your car from your home and return it to your home. They also give you regular updates about how the work is progressing. They repaired the car very quickly.

Positive: Bodywork was good.

Negative: Slow turnaround (not sure if a nationwide parts issue) When our car was returned all the old bits of bumper were left in the boot! The delivery team were amazing and took it all away and called the garage direct. The car had not been validated as I could see. Had some issues / complaints but still no reply and it was 3 weeks ago. I wouldn’t use them again I don’t think. But saying that the first time we used them they were very good.

I was most impressed with how promptly you dealt with my minor car accident. The initial estimate was to have my car ready in about 10 days, but in fact, the car was delivered back to me within 5 days, and it had been cleaned too. A very professional service with polite staff. Many thanks.

Prompt and friendly service

Repairs to the driver's door of my Mini JCW, that I incorrectly assumed would involve a new door. I was very pleasantly surprised that the car was collected from my work on the Monday & returned on the Friday of the same week, after the repairs were completed on the previous day. The repairs were carried out to a very high standard & the car was valeted. I was kept informed: before, during & after the repairs. Thank you !!!

Fast collection of my car after very helpful & knowledgeable initial contact to call centre. Updates by progress tracking. Repairs to collision damage completed in 1 week. Car returned with immaculate, perfect colour match, as new repair. An absolutely first class example of workmanship. Highly recommended.

Could have been 5 stars but after initially good communications there was 12 week delay in all my Land Rover parts arriving and communications failed - I had to keep chasing them every ten days for update.
