Brilliant end to end service - kept you informed at every step, great staff!

Once DLG had confirmation from insurance company they were quick to arrange pick up my veh. First class repair of my car.

My car was involved in a car accident and it was pretty smashed in but they manage to save it and fix it and now it looks brand new. They were very kind and contacted me as soon as my car was finished and organised for it to be delivered back to me. Great service

Great customer service, great communication, would have given 5 stars but l had to contact DLG to find out when my vehicle would be returned as their vehicle tracking system was not working ( and still isn’t). Told it would be ready but it wasn’t completed until the following day after l had terminated the hire of the replacement vehicle. Overall very satisfied with the repairs though. Would never have known my car was damaged.

Following an insuraance claim DLG were excellent. Wrote to me advising process, picked up my car from20 miles away - very professional pick up team. Wrote to me advising all the listed issues on the Computer - this was totally unexpected and of great use to me. They sent me the computer printout ! WOW. They obtained a very scarce part brand new OEM and fitted it in quick time. Kept me posted all the way. Asked if i wanted anything else doing, Delivered my car back on time to me with notice and again a very professional delivery team. As the retired Senior manager of a Global IT Company I have to give credit where it is due and I would award DLG 100/100 and I had never heard of them before this repair but i will use them again privately. Ps I was a BSI trained Company auditor and praise is not issued unless fully deserved

Difficult job because of delay in obtaining parts. However my car was picked up from and returned to my home address completely repaired, and in good order.
