I have not had my car fixed as yet, but the service I have received from Nikki has been an absolute pleasure , we dont get this service nowadays from anyone as no one thinks of a customer, she went out of her way to help me and been most patient with me and my situation, thanks so much Nikki, you are a credit to DLG and I hope they know what a gem you are

Excellent service. Within 24 hours of my making a claim, I was advised when my car would be collected and what the process would be.
Collected bang on time and the followign day I got a call telling me what work would be required. Then got a call to tell me when the work would be completed and that was followed up with a call telling me when the car would be returned.
Returned exactly as promised. You couldn't tell that the car had been damaged at all, and just as an added bonus, they had cleaned the inside of my car as well!
Excellent service, good quality repair with a 5 year guarantee.

My car came to you due to an accident
On return it was delivered back to me with half white and half black rivets round the wheel arch and also the inner wheel arch has a missing patch of spray paint. On ringing your office twice I was told someone would get back to me that was over a week ago. Still waiting

Friendly, efficient, transparent, timely, great finish

The repairs were fine, good quality.

The main issue was the four dates I was given for completion, firstly around Christmas, then end of December, then 2 dates in January. Eventually it was ready mid January (over a month after collection) after we had gone on holiday, it was delivered the following Monday when we returned.

See below - more certainty on completion would be great.

Could always speak to a person. Always kept up to date by text.

Only problem was car returned with flat battery, otherwise very pleased.

Overall the company done a good job and with reasonable time. The collection and return time slots were too wide, eventually kills off half a day-sitting and waiting! Also don't like the idea of code sharing to access the driving licence.

Following the front wheel and bumper being hit by a van and given to this garage (insurance chosen garage) for repairs, the car was returned without the front tyre being properly inflated and checking tyres sensors. You would expect a garage to return the car in proper working order.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I was kept in the loop at every step of the way and my car, my pride and joy, was returned like new with a complete valet. Could not recommend more
