They collected and returned the car by a low loader. They also kept us well informed during the repair
The only problem was the replacement car was not in the same class as our vehicle - it seemed to be inferior in many ways and was not a pleasure to sit in or drive.

What a positive experience with DLG Glasgow.
From pick up to delivery, communications and quality of workmanship the service was first class. Poor car was given a right good front end collision and has came back as good as it was.

I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs of my car from start to finish. Their staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They hired a taxi for me when I dropped off my car at their site, and another one when they finished the repairs. Their reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I received a second to none service which exceeded my expectations.

Quick. efficient. work was great sorted in a quick manner very good experience from these guys top class from the reception staff too the people doing the work including the delivery guy who picked up my vw caravelle

The company do not understand the loss of BMW key. They attempted to charge £1,700 for the loss of a Key. They failed to understand that a BMW dealership can cancel a lost key and replace the key for £500 ...
YOU DON'T NEED TO REPLACE THE LOCK SET...
I seriously belive they would have replaced the key with BMW dealership and overcharged me.

DLG operate a very professional repair solution, taking care to keep us informed and updated on any delays or additional work that needs to be done.

Car picked up with no hassle and returned in a quick amount of time with my car being valeted whilst away.

Very good but also very quick

Communication & information poor. Advised car picked up for repair assessment over 1/2 days didn't return for 2weeks. Courtesy car from Auxilis took 3 days to arrange. Impacted hospital appointment & picking up grandkids. All due to incorrect information

A wait for parts understandable. Power to offside mirror not connected but rectified by home visit. Quality of work appears very good. Thanks for your attention.

Very efficient collection and return of car with work completed faster than original estimate. Communication excellent throughout. Repair quality was excellent.

No problems at all, car was returned when they said, washed and hoovered and a good job done on the bodywork damage. Kept up to date on what the progress was by text messages. Can’t fault at all.

When I contacted Direct Line to advise of my accident and to submit a claim they advised who would contact me to collect the car and also what actions would follow. Within 30 minutes I had the call from DLG and my car was booked in on a date that suited me. They also kept me informed as to progress of my car and when it would be returned. Both the collection and return of the car when without a hitch. Car looks great.
