Good customer service.excellent workmanship,prompt service going the extra mile .

My car was scratched during the repairs and I am still waiting on this to be fixed, also the reflector for the vehicle is still outstanding. But the repairs other than that were completed to a high standard.

Unfortunately I was in a road traffic accident that wasn't my fault. I notified my insurance company promptly and within ten minutes of calling them, I received a notification from DLG that they were coming to collect my car the following day, and a driver will contact me an hour prior to collection. The driver called without delay on the day of the collection, arrived when he said he would, promptly checked my vehicle and professionally drove it on to the collection truck to be taken away for repair. What I like most about DLG is that you can track the progress of the repair online, and the information was updated regularly. My car was brought back to me within a week; which I thought was amazing, it arrived professionally valeted, and in pristine condition. Again the driver returning my vehicle back to me called and gave me a time on the day, and arrived within the specified time frame. This company is absolutely fantastic. From the customer service, to the friendliest drivers, I seriously cannot recommend them enough!

The customer service is brilliant. The car was dealt with swiftly after the accident. It was picked up by a friendly chap. Then dropped off after it was brilliantly repaired..

The repairs to my vehicle were 1st class and the skill and craftmanship are very professional, my vehicle was returned to me in immaculate condition. The driver who collected my car was pleasant and friendly as was the driver who returned it to me, in fact all DLG staff I dealt with were faultless. I also had the pleasure of an automatic SUV left for me as a courtesy car which I very much enjoyed driving. 5 stars. it would be more if I could

Without doubt DLG Heywood is a very professional company, in my case, not only have they engineered a superb repair on my vehicle, they went out of their way to ensure I had a suitable courtesy vehicle to accommodate a relations wheelchair.
A very useful tracking service on the Internet is made available, to enable customers to follow the work schedule for their vehicle repairs.
All the staff I met, were very knowledgeable and courteous and really did go out of their way to assist.
I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend DLG Heywood.

The service was brilliant and the work they did on my car is immaculate my car looks brand new wouldn't even know its been in an accident. They came n picked my car n dropped it off and i was kept well informed of all the timeline for the work via a link which they sent me so it saved me calling for an update
