Exceptional Service
I cannot fault the service I received from DLG Auto Services, Heywood, Lancashire. Both the work completed on my car and their customer service is exceptional.

I recently took my car to DLG Auto Services, and I am absolutely impressed by the quality of work they provided. My car had significant damage to the offside front, including the bonnet, after an accident. To be honest, I was worried about how it would turn out, but after the work was completed, you'd never know the car had been in an accident! The repairs were flawless, and the car looks as good as new.

The team at DLG did an exceptional job and worked quickly. Despite the amount of work needed, my car was with them for a short period of time. I also have to commend the staff in the office – they were incredibly helpful and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which was greatly appreciated.

Overall, I cannot thank the workshop enough for their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend DLG Auto Services for anyone needing top-notch repairs!

After someone drove into the back of my car, my insurance company informed me the only option for repair was DLG in Heywood…. This seemed a little silly as I know where I live there are at least 3 insurance approved body shops.
Anyway not to argue so I began the process.
I have to say that the overall experience with DLG was positive, the collection driver was very professional and efficient. I was kept informed of the repairs by way of a web portal and also a couple of calls.
The reason for 3 stars is that although the damage to my car was very minimal it needed sorting. Now the repair came back to me much much better than when they took it BUT it’s not 100%, on close inspection there is a very small indentation in the bumper where I assume it hasn’t been fillled fully. I spoke with DLG just prior to the weekend sent photos and was told someone from the workshop would call me. No one to date has called!!

Brilliant service from start to finish, received text updates on the repair of my beloved little old car which had been bullied by a bigger car. Staff were amazing, repair was completed and car delivered cleaned inside and out. Love the link to check on progress too very accurate.

Absolutely 1st class company. Excellent communication, did everything on time as promised and repaired car came back in showroom condition. Couldn't ask for anymore. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Overall service was excellent. Picked vehicle on time and delivered on time. Friendliness of all their staffs. The guys who dropped and picked vehicle were great. Got the repair done in quick time. They provided an online progress link which was great to track the position your vehicle is in.

ALG Heywood were very professional throughout the repair for my car, came and picked it up, througher check, the repairs were carried out. Communication spot on, vehicle brought back, all repairs done, body work looks great, very happy with the result, no hassle, car clean and tidy, get a 5 year guarantee too on the repairs, very happy, thankyou to you all. The company was prompt in making contact, followed up all calls diligently, and provided a very reassuring timeline to which they adhered. I felt that I was in the hands of professionals who understood their customer base extremely well. They were also a bunch of very nice people.
