Fantastic service,kept me updated on repair. Picked up and dropped off courtesy car. Excellent.

DLG made a great job of my car repairs. The car came back looking like new ! From start to finish i was kept up to date with the progress of the repair work and from collecting my car to returning it took 7 days ! A very professional company to deal with.

Fantastic customer service! My car was collected and returned to my home address and the work completed was to a high standard. The communication from the garage was great as well, keeping me informed of collection and drop off times and updates on work as completed. Would definitely recommend.

They did a good job of repairing the back bumper but the car come back with a red mark on the front bumper so had to put some t cut on it and it come off wasn’t very impressed as I thought it was a scratch as well but it wasn’t thankfully

Booked into this garage through my insurance. I was fully informed at all stages. The bumper was not fitted properly. No issues. It's going in to be fitted properly with provision of a courtesy car. Can't fault them despite the inconvenience.

Can’t recommend DLG Auto Services, Middlewich enough. I was contacted quickly after reporting my accident to the insurance company. I was kept informed at every step of the way and was able to arrange a date for repair that was convenient for me. The member of staff who collected my car couldn’t have been more helpful - even offering to show me how the courtesy car worked after I was left with no details from hire car company member of staff. My car was collected, repaired and returned in a week. My car looks as good as new and had been cleaned inside and out. Thank you.

They were excellent at keeping me informed of the repairs and time it would take before I got my car back. The work done is first class, very impressed it looks like it has just come out of the show room again. Great service.

Would have been 5 stars but lack of communication between staff/departments was rather unnerving I was told my car would be ready on a certain date but two days prior I was informed there was a delay and I would be contacted the following week with an update. However on the original completion date I was told my car would be delivered to my home that day!!!
The hire car lease had been extended because of expected delay but when I rang them I was told it couldn’t be collected until after the weekend! I received a phone call on Saturday telling me they were at my house to collect the cat - I was out! This meant a mad rush to get back home.

Very good company, had no issues or complaints, fixed car to a good standard, picked up car and returned car within in 2 weeks.

Ican only praise DLG for a professional an first class service. The repair was completed to a superior finish and overall superb.

Had to wait 2 weeks to get my car collected but once they had it, it was a very quick process and I was updated every step of the process. Work was done to a high standard. Very lovely staff. Overall very pleased.

Generally excellent. Very good repair and information. Only thing needing attention is letting customer know when they actually get the car back not when repair is complete which to some extent is not relevant.
