My car went to DLG for some panel repairs as approved by Churchill my insurance company. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get it picked up but as it was fine to drive this wasn't a problem.
Communication with DLG was first class and the curtesy car was brand new.
A special mention for james who picked up my car and carl who droped my car back to me .great lads both rang me me to give me the exact time they would arrive at my house.

My car was collected as arranged, repaired and returned. The car was returned in an immaculate state, polished outside and clean inside and out.

Very impressed with their communications and efficiency. I was regularly updated on the progress of the repairs by text, email and phone calls.

The repairs were completed within a few days and the (freshly valeted )car was delivered back to us with no evidence of the original damage.

My car was taken to Middlewich after an accident which wasn't my fault. DGL were amazing, kept us updated by phone, the workmanship done is outstanding and I am beyond delighted. The curtesy car I was given was so clean and spotless inside, I returned the favour before it was collected so would be taken back in the same state. Thank you DLG I am so thrilled to have my car back in perfect condition.
