I had my car brought there after an accident. They could not get the check engine light to go off. I brought the car back four times, for a week each time. They could not figure it out and got upset and hung up on me for asking them to bring to the dealership and find out what was going on.
After that my insurance company allowed me to take the car to another repair shop. North Side Auto Body had it fixed in three days with no problems. I don't know what to say except it was the worst experience.I've ever had with any business.

Having driven for many years and never had an accident, I was very nervous about having my car repaired and got very anxious with the thought of arranging the process. I cannot speak highly enough about the service that DLG gave from start to finish. Thank you so much for making this elderly customer happy and relaxed.

My car was repaired to a top standard and very quickly. I was kept informed of the repair progress and everyone I spoke to were polite and knowledgeable.

The 3 star is only due to the time it took for my car to get repaired- 9 weeks! It was partly due to the Jaguar LR cyberattack.
The quality of the repair work was absolutely top notch. Staff were ✅ ok

I recently had my Toyota Yaris repaired by DLG Services following damage to the driver’s side rear quarter. Great, friendly, courteous staff. Car was collected on time. I was kept updated on repairs and as I had a hospital appointment the day it was due to be returned I was able to collect it and have it sooner to do the hospital journey. They worked with me to help and the staff particularly the man that collected the car was brilliant and extremely helpful and friendly. Car came back looking beautiful and I would recommend this company to all.

Although it was several weeks before they could begin the repair and they only undertake insurance related work, the workmanship and quality of the repair was excellent and I am delighted with the outcome.
