They took my damaged car and fixed it just as they said they would. Took a little longer than expected as they had to wait for parts, but they kept me informed throughout, and returned my car good as new.

Very disappointed my car was delivered today, I was just asked to sign, very impatient, was checking to make sure everything was OK, the car was dirty outside, the boot was soaking wet, the fuse box was left on the side. The gentleman was just about to drive off, had to call him back to put the fuse box cover back.

Communication throughout was very good. Car was collected when advised, DLG kept me up to date with progress and car returned on due date. Hire car made available too whilst works were being attended to.

Excellent communication from start to finish and really caring staff who treated me kindly, not just my car. One particular lady understood my worry that my Fiesta might get written off as she knew they don’t make them anymore and she also drove one. She put a note for the technician explaining my worries and I got a call from him to reassure me it was all fixable and he described it as ‘a lovely little car’. All these things made a big difference to me - thank you all so much.
