I bought the table top dishwasher and the product is fantastic. Does exactly what its supposed to and ive had it years without a problem until I accidently dropped the dish rack and broke it.Instead of buying a whole new dishwasher I contacted dmd collective to see if they could help me purchase a new rack as the dishwasher is still running like new. The customer service team were so fast and helpful getting back to me resolving my issue that I was honestly shocked. Would highly recommend their tabletop dishwasher and the customer service is perfect. Thanks all.
Steam Mop
Ordered the steam mop and used for the first time over the weekend - it is brilliant - very easy to set up and use and got my floors really clean in no time.
Customer Services are brilliant and very quick to respond when I asked for some extra fibrecloth pads as spares. Very impressed with the service and the produce and would not hesitate to recommend.
Digital thermometer does not work as advertised
Thermometer bought for me as a gift does not work. It looses connection if put in the oven so pretty useless for what it’s supposed to be. Although dmd recognise this is a fault they won’t replace it without a receipt therefore I would have to tell the person who bought it that it doesn’t work although doubt they kept the receipt for a smaller ticket item anyway.
Update: dmd are trying to be more helpful now given this was a gift and have asked for some details to help work out where it was bought . not sure where they got the idea i suggested it
was bought at B&m bargains from…. Is this a reply to another customer?

Selling faulty items, the DMD120 sock and switch has been through 3 switch components all of which have failed, on two different socks.
A review by the sun found a similar item that hasn't been grounded properly. Which could lead to faults. A gift from my mother in law and they are asking me to fish out receipts from her, instead of concern over the risky element, or offering to send a non faulty model.
Poor customer service via email. Staff member couldn't be bothered to deal with it and became robotic.

Update: I received the replacement part in the mail. However, still stand by my review that I would not buy from this company again. Original review: Got a heated Sherpa Fleece blanket as a gift. It was lovely, so I bought another. The first stopped working, I couldn't return it because it had been a gift (no receipt). Then the second one stopped working. I have the receipt and have contacted the company and they said they would send a new "controller" which they think is the problem, but I have not received the controller nor heard from them. Avoid this company, the blankets stop working and the service bad.

Do not buy from this company. Bought the L shaped table and it was like a damaged return item. No paper work, no screws and marks all over the wood. AVOID!!!!
Just to edit i did contact the company and wowcher a week prior to throwing the item. Also paid for express delivery which didn't come on the day stated. Stay well away nothing but excuses.

DMD Collective 2 in 1 Portable Washing Machine and Spin Dryer. (DMDWS1)
First saw this retailing at £99 but got one for £60 (black Friday).
Not worth even £60! Quicker to hand wash even sheets, small things, anything than spend time hand filling machine each time with washing and rinse water! It's flimsy plastic made so can imagine bits could easily break, e.g. the 4 thin plastic bits (5p size) to anchor down the spin container.
The spin dryer was the biggest disappointment (it says 2kg for small machine which is understandable). One small towel alone in the spin container and evenly spaced out, you have to hold the machine down for stability. Also I hand rung the item before spinning, literally one drop (½teaspoon) water came out after 12min spin, THEN AFTERWARDS MANAGED TO HAND WRING OUT MORE WATER FROM THE TOWEL.
I'm in temporary accommodation but still may need to get a proper small washing machine which if anyone is reading this I'd advise doing.

Good value and works a treat

I'm knocking off one star because:
(A) the operating instructions are rather vague: there are three symbols on the top for three different modes: I had to figure out for myself (not in the instruction sheet) that:
I = Dehumidification mode
II = Drying mode
III = Continuous mode.
(B) Take care when removing and emptying the water tank if you've allowed it to fill completely: very easy to spill!
On the whole a good product.

Bought a spin dryer. Wasn’t what I wanted. Amy B was excellent sorting out a collection and full refund issued within two days of collection. Excellent customer service.

Bought a desk but no shipping information yet
I ordered a desk, but I have not received any shipping information despite ordering the item 6 days ago (19th Sep). On the website, it says "Orders placed on Friday will be shipped within 72 hours". Despite contacting the team on the website and emailing them on both admin and sales emails, I did not receive any response. On the website, there is no telephone number you can use to reach them.

Avoid
Bought one of their dishwashers which failed after 3 days, replaced by DMD but the 2nd one failed on the anniversary of the warranty expiring.
They initially refused to replace it, stating that the warranty had expired, then they agreed to replace it, then they changed their mind and refused again. All of this achieved through email chasing by me - no proactive customer service from them.
They have stated that the warranty runs from the date of purchase of the first appliance, otherwise the warranty 'would never end', I have pointed out that the warranty would end if the machine quality was good enough to last more than 12 months!
I wouldn't buy from DMD again due to their relaxed customer service attitude and I certainly wouldn't buy one of their dishwashers again!

Tabletop dishwasher
I bought a DMD tabletop dishwasher in March 25. Within a month of purchase the E3 malfunction signal started flashing. I followed the protocol,which is switching off the appliance and tilting it 30-45 degrees to drain any excess water. I did this numerous times. It was stuck on draining even when there was no water in the appliance. I contacted DMD support about the problem. They advise me to send it back to them.DMD sent me a replacement dishwasher via DPD and collected the faulty one at the same time. Less than two months later the same fault appeared with the replacement dishwasher. I followed the same protocol but to no avail. I decided to return the second faulty dishwasher back to DMD and request a refund. Three months two dishwashers later,there is clearly a design fault with the power board. I had to buy a large box from a storage facility to pack up their dishwasher. Finding large cardboard boxes is hard to find. I received my refund back via TIKTok after much back and forth.

I brought a smart kettle and when it has arrived it will only run on 2.4 hz wifi. In order to run it I have had to split my Wi-Fi which isn't a massive problem. But what is the problem is that every other device in your house will then need reconnecting to Wi-Fi. This has affected our car charger amongst other things and has not been easy to sort. I wish I'd spent an extra 10 and got the ninja kettle
