Easy, fast, professional service
Easy to use service. They have their own video calling system so you are connected to them by clicking a link on the email. There is no need to download any software so absolutely no I.T. skills required.
I got reminders at 24hrs before hand and one hour before hand, each having the video link.
The tester was very patient and extremely professional giving clear instructions for each step.
I received my certificate while I was still 9n the call.
Overall an excellent service and I will be using it again.

Paid for test 3 months in advance of aâŠ
Paid for test 3 months in advance of a holiday and within 48 hours of booking the rules change meant online test no longer required. Test cancelled but no refund was granted. Apparently terms and conditions state that if tests have been shipped, no refunds are permitted. Incidentally, our tests were shipped within hours of the order despite them not being required for the online covid test for months.

Good experience with a kind and softly spoken and clear instructions over a zoom call
Despite the postal strike they managed to get our test boxes in time. The zoom was on time and the GP slowly, softly and kindly talked us through taking our test with her watching. The report came through in under a minute.
