Straightforward process for 3 of us
Booked travel test for 3 of us. Having one consultation made it very cost effective especially as it had to be a supervised test.
The lady conducting the test was very friendly and went through the process step by step. Had the results emailed while on the call and she waited to ensure we had got them ok.

Very easy & smooth
We were worried about the time it would take and if we would struggle with the connection from our hotel room. I have to say this was very easy and Dr Simon was very patient with us on the occasion we did lose connection. Results were emailed while we were on the call. My wife and I had to take a lateral flow test before travelling to the USA to catch a cruise ship in Seattle. Tried to connect to the link provided which informed me that my device was not compatible so missed the start of my appointment. Great for cruise purposesâŠ
We used DocHQ for our Celebrity cruise from Canada and they were very good. It was much cheaper to use them for a video call rather than booking a face to face appointment in Canada. The process was easy & Alex attended the video call on time. There was an issue with one of our party of 4 not receiving their certificate but Alex kept us on the line until this was resolved.
