Easy and Convenient
Was quite worried about the antigen test i.e. would I be able to get on line at the right time etc. Everything went very smoothly and was so easy, would certainly use this again if required - and all with the convenience of being at home.

Quick and efficient test by a very pleasant docHQ doctor. We tested whilst in Rome over 5g without any video problems. Highly recommended if you need an observed antigen test.

Recommended by my long time faithful travel adviser Nicky from Dial A Flight! Excellent choice and a very good service! Our Video Consultant was Alex who was very good, patient and very supportive! Alex really made the experience calming for us as we had trouble loading the access to the website and the app! Will is DocHQ again and will strongly recommend it to others!

Brilliant service!
We used DocHQ before embarking on our cruise, we booked the test from home before we left for Florida and it was very straightforward. On the day of the video test we were greeted with a very nice consultant who guided us through it so well. The whole process was amazing and a brilliant service!!

I was a bit worried about how this… but excellent service, couldn't fault it!
I was a bit worried about how this would go, but it was so easy, I was sent reminders so I didn't forget. The lady conducting the test was brilliant arrived on screen on time, had patience when my husband could get the passport on to the screen to show her. We did the test as instructed and she asked us to carry on with our day for 15 minutes, she came back to 2 negative tests and sent though the certificates straight away by email. So simple would highly recommend

Even when our Internet cut out the link took us back straight to our appointment.
And the certificate was emailed whilst still in the appointment.
Would recommend and use again.
