Not a secure process
The process was easy to book, except that their system made me book and pay separately for my wife. At the test, their system kept dropping out, even though I have excellent wifi and ultrafast fibre. After the 10âminute pause, they had to call me to ask me to restart my browser and then we had a couple of further dropouts. How did the doctor know that the negative test I showed him was the same one that I took out of the box? He didnât record its serial number. Theyâre just doing lip-service with this test.

Problems with times
We had a problem with the times as our online test was booked for 820 am and we received an email and phone call saying it had been cancelled. I eventually managed to get hold of someone by phone as we were then panicking who then said it's fine log on at 815 it was the time difference making it 720 their time which was extremely stressful but the actual test etc was good
