Dogtagsuk レビュー

Dog tag is lovely quality, sturdy and clearly engraved!
Only removed 1 star due to shipping time, I had not realised that the product ships internationally so did take a couple of weeks to arrive. When it did though it was well packaged and in perfect condition.

The dog tag itself is really good, just what I expected. However I got very nervous as my tag did not arrive for a month. They did respond to my message asking where it was but not sure if it's because I raised an issue with my bank. They also replied a second time stating there were shipment delays. Overall I'm happy with the tag but I wouldn't have ordered if I'd known it would take so long.

Ordered dig tag, excellent quality, very solid. Great selection and choice of colours, would recommend 👌

Not a UK company- despite the clever name. Over 2 weeks and my tags haven’t arrived, with zero response to my emails.

Great dog tag. Good quality and clear lettering.

Excellent product, brilliant quality. Loved the clips purchased too, stylish

Great range of dog tag options, very happy with engraving. Have wasted money in the past month on tags from two different sources where the engraving wasn’t deep enough and has been scratched off… our dog is very active and loves chasing around the woods so we need a tag which stands the test of time!! Was a delay with the post but hadn’t realised it was shipping from outside the UK.

I am very pleased with the quality of the dog tag. The downside for me was the delayed delivery

Disappointed. Delivery took 10 days. Tags look cheap, font too small and blurred, can’t be read clearly

Dog tag has not arrived tried contacting no response

First this company is in Switzerland not the UK, so the website is decieving. I placed and order on the 1st Jan 26, and money taken from my credit card the same day. No order confirmation was given and the order not processed. After 2 emails the order was confirmed on the 27th Jan and I recieved the 2 tags ordered on Feb 9th. On opening the tags, they were un-usable, no split rings supplied and the hole drilled for these was so small, no suitable split ring could be attached, other than the thinnest wire, split ring, which I would not use on any tag or dog collar, so totally un-usable and not safe for any dog. I returned the tags the following day, not to a uk company, but to switzerland at a further cost to me of £9.75. The 2 tags cost £23.80, so £33.55 now spent. I returned the order priority mail and tracked. The tags were recieved by Dogtagsuk on the 06/03/26. Its now 19/03/26 and still no refund under their returns policy.
I still dont have tags or a refund after 2 and a half months. I specifically chose a website with a uk address, because I wanted the 2 tags ordered quickly. Only to find the company was not based in the uk at all. Dont order from these people, the website ordering process does not work, the tags were not usable and their return policy is questionable.

Terrible customer services. item arrived today after 10 days and no updates. They are not based in the UK. They just don't respond at all to multiple emails.

Super service and such a great product. I have a black lab named Vader and he looks great with his 'Bark Vader' tag on. The tag is so well made and perfect for any star wars fan with a pet.

Lovely dog tags very good quality. Only gripe, thought this was a British company but no, were shipped from Switzerland, that's why delivery took 3 weeks.

Great product- very good quality- the metal feels very nice- wish I had bought the metal loop, too (had a spare one at home). The delayed delivery due to Christmas was addressed through prompt communication. I would buy again from here.

The dog tag took longer than I expected to arrive - in fact it came from Switzerland which I was not expecting. When I contacted the company I received a prompt and friendly reply. In fact it was well worth waiting for as it is a strong shiny tag with clear writing. We run a woodland campsite, so the design of a tent and trees was perfect for us. I would 100% recommend this company and will buy from them again if I need anything else.

My order hasn't arrived, please can you look into it? I've not had a response on email so adding here. Ordered 23rd December.

Excellent service and really helpful team. The dog tag is beautiful and when I had a small issue with the engraving, they responded quickly and offered a replacement straight away. Great customer care, highly recommend!

Product far exceeded my expectations. The quality of the tags was exceptional with clear engraving on highly finished metal. I would have no hesitation in giving my recommendation.

Very good customer service. Confirmed promptly that tags were in the post.
Engraving stays on the tag and doesn’t get worn away.
