Absolutely love the tags and the design on them.
There was a little bit of a wait for delivery but I reached out to customer service and heard back the same day! I also received a follow up email to confirm I received my order

It’s been 9 days since the supposed shipment date - the tag hasn’t been delivered. I reached out to customer support to resolve this but did not hear back.

AVOID

12 days after the item was dispatched and it has not been received. They do not send by tracked delivery so I can only assume it has been lost in the post or even in fact not dispatched at all.

I have emailed twice to request a refund, and have received generic “Sorry it has not been delivered, it is on the way and may take longer” response on each occasion. Considering the cost of postage, it could have been sent tracked. I will keep pursuing a request for a refund. I will be going elsewhere for a replacement.

I recommend everyone not to order from this company and go somewhere more reliable and with better postage methods.

UPDATE - 19 June

On the basis that the tag finally arrived today, I have updated the review from 1 to 3 stars.

However, the customer service is poor. The latest email response from earlier today before the tag arrived was asking to wait over a week longer before they would then consider posting a replacement. They were still refusing a refund. A replacement would have been far too late from then and I would have no faith in it even arriving. I would still not recommend this company.

Didn’t receive item. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. “Dog tags U.K.” isn’t actually a U.K. business, and if I had known that when I ordered I wouldn’t have ordered. No tracking- and didn’t arrive. Turns out it is an international business shipping worldwide- which wasn’t indicated on the website. I asked for a refund, and was told to be patient and wait for the item to arrive.

Gave a deadline and advised I would be raising a claim with card issuer, and started a claim. After the deadline I was told they were refunding me. No refund received as yet but the bank has refunded me.

I have no issue with ordering from companies in other countries- just be transparent about it and don’t mislead people. Wouldn’t recommend

Product looked fantastic, arrived well packaged and great quality. Would definitely use this company again and would definitely recommend to others.

I bought a policy last week and am still waiting for the confirmation email and documents. Several tries at getting a response on the chat have failed; nobody has even responded and there is no phone number to call. I travel tomorrow and have no proof of insurance, despite the premium having been taken from my card and a screenshot of a policy number. I have zero faith in the cover but can't even contact them to cancel it. Complete nightmare.

This is the second dog tag we bought. They are high quality and we like them. They also have good customer service. We emailed them asking a query and they responded very promptly.

Ordered a personalised dog tag that looked amazing! Really great quality. Clip we ordered with it did not arrive. However, good customer service and the clip was sent out again. Took a little while to arrive but good communication throughout.

No response from emails and goods still not received. Apparently shipped on the 15th September 24?. No contact number to speak to anyone. AVOID!!!

Excellent quality, the gold heart shape dog tag is gorgeous & so is the clip, really great design.. throughly recommend.
Only downside is the wait for delivery…which is why I didn’t give 5 stars… worth the wait.

There were problems with the delivery. Dogtagsuk were quick to communicate and offer replacement if not delivered.
It arrived. It's well made, looks good and I'd re order if needed another.

Ordered two dog tags which had a minor mistake. The replies to my emails were very quick, friendly and resolved promptly. Service is top notch! As for the tags themselves, couldn't be happier. Lovely finish and strong. Highly recommended!

I ordered an engraved silver bone name tag. Perfect size, the engraved font came out really well.
Excellent quality.

Tags arrived 8 days after dispatch in beautiful blue velvet gift bags. Look good and strong, nice font, but must have missed the option to buy ring attachments! Now fixed to spaniels collars - hope they stay put as they race about and forage in the hedgerows.

Still awaiting delivery 6 working days after they were evidently despatched.....despatched from where exactly ! Reviews indicate they could well be good quality...but when and if they arrive !
