Dogtagsuk レビュー

Absolutely love our dog tags for 3 pooches. They are lovely quality and the font is beautiful . So happy xx

I bought The large bone dogtags for my dogs. previously i had aluminium bone tags but they wore through the hole and got lost. These stainless steel ones are so clear to read and Im sure will never get lost.
You know what they say, buy cheap, buy twice!

Item still not received after 11 days, been told I need to wait until 20 days before they will even look at it.

Good luck if you are going to use this company!

The quality of the dog tags and ring attachments are stronger and of better quality than I’ve seen before as my spaniels always end up ripping them off in the bushes
I’m hopeful these will stay put and I love the different design options
Would definitely recommend

AVOID! Ordered on the 3rd June and today is 20th and still not received. I emailed twice as apparently "postage time in your area" is not their responsibility. It doesn't take that long to arrive with royal mail unless it's coming from Alaska!
They are refusing to refund.
Do NOT ORDER!

Really pleased with the dog tag. Also ordered the quick clip which is great for transferring the tag easily.

Ordered the large gold bone tag with 4 lines engraved on the back, very clear and not small. Looks very smart! Would definitely recommend and order again

Very cool service, love my dogs tag

Based in Switzerland not the UK so orders take weeks to arrive & aren’t trackable as they go through customs. The products are good but they should be honest about their business. They try to hide the fact that they are not a UK company.

Dog tags uk have been our preferred supplier for tags since we’ve had our dog. The tags are of great quality the info on them have stayed readable over the 4 years even tho bramble is constantly rolling or jumping in water when ever she can, the only reason for having to order more is because she looses them rummages through bushes and gets them snagged, would highly recommend this company really quick to respond to any communication

Took a month to get here but once it was here great product and my dog looks do cute in it. The customer service when email were quick to respond and easy to talk too.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. This place is clearly running a scam. Despite the "co.uk" the company is "based in Switzerland" which is the excuse they use when orders never appear. I waited over a month and never received anything. Currently waiting to find out if I'll get the money back but I doubt it.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say my tags have arrived (10 days). I can understand why they are a little bit more expensive than competitors, because the quality is stunning ! I loved the blue gift bags 💙

These tags are actually for my horses. They'll clip onto either the saddle or bridle so if we become parted whilst out hacking I can easily be contacted

I'll be passing your details onto my equine friends

My puppies dog tag has just arrived and it’s fab! Looks even better than it did online. I was very impatient and emailed in asking where my order was, then it arrived later that day. The admin staff were very helpful via email.

My experience started with not receiving my 2 dog bone tags, I emailed them and they replied promptly apologising and that they would send me a replacement free of charge straightaway. I finally received my order and I’m absolutely delighted with the quality of them. I would definitely recommend.

I liked the look of the black tag to go with my dog’s new collar and lead and I was not disappointed. She looks very smart. I would recommend this product.

Excellent quality and delighted with the tag. Will definitely order again. But please note that these products do not come from the UK so the 5 - 7 lead time is more like 7 - 10 days . Customer service was very helpful but they do need to update the website to reflect the delivery time etc.

This company is not based in the UK. I purchased from this company because I believed it was UK based (dogtagsuk with the business address as London) and needed to receive this dog tag for this weekend, 12th Nov. It was apparently posted on the 30th of October and I am now being told to wait until the 20th November. I expect the 20th November will come and go and I won't receive the item. They do respond to one email a day, usually between 4am and 6am, another red flag that they aren't based in the UK. The business address, in London, is basically a meeting room and an address that multiple companies use as their registered address on Companies House. The owner is showing as based in Florida. Save your money and wasting your time and order from a genuine business. I wish I had looked at these reviews and properly looked into this before I ordered.

Love the dog tag. Went for the bone-shape in gold and it looks so stylish on my dog. Appears to be excellent quality.

Only reason for the 4stars is delivery was slow. Tags were dispatched quickly but didn’t arrive for over a week. Consider using alternative to Royal Mail.
