Poor quality tag. Tiny inscription and shipped from overseas. Took long time to arrive. Very disappointing

I took out this insurance to run the Tokyo marathon. The website states 100% Travel Proof. The Tokyo marathon was cancelled a pretty valid reason not to travel to Tokyo and Dogtag insurance refused to pay out a penny. They said they exclude race cancellation. They wouldn’t even give my my premium back even though they offered no cover.
Don’t bother buying this insurance it’s a waste of time and money.

Great quality of tags and inscription.
Had to wait over a month to receive them due to COVID19, but the quality was worth it.
I bought one for each of my five dogs and will purchase more to ID luggage etc.

Lovely quality tags. Even better than the picture. Split ring is really sturdy - even rather difficult to get attached which can only be a good thing.
Delivery was very delayed but communication was good. My only real issue is that I did not know it was coming from off shore.

Received my first tag for my pup and I'm happy with how it looks even if it came late.
Friendly Customer Service and quick replies.
Hi from Australia 👍

Really nice product, but had to wait ages for delivery, and they don't make that clear when you order, so if you need quickly don't use them .

Really pleased with my puppy’s tag. Has everything I need on it and is just what I wanted. Good price, good delivery and would definitely buy from them again.

Its been a MONTH since I placed the order for a simple name tag (<£20) and I have sent emails trying to reach out and they haven't even bothered replying. No way to trace where my money has gone and they don't even have a telephone number. DO not use them, support your local pet store. I have learned my lesson.

Easy to use and great looking website, arrived very quickly and the quality was amazing, the different options in writing styles was a bonus and it was engraved perfectly. Would highly recommend

Thank you for your wonderful communication. Terrific delays due to the Covid19 issues but it finally arrived. Excellent quality

Great service and very responsive with all queries. A great quality dog tag - I am very happy! Looks exactly like the online image at ordering. Highly recommended.

Very quick delivery. Beautiful tags, reasonably priced. I’m a very happy customer!

Love the idea of the product. Due to covid delivery was a month + however staff were always readily available via emails & will continue to update you. Lovely staff. Nice touch by adding the lovely velvet pouch too

Great looking tags at a very reasonable price. Came in a lovely little velvet pouch. Order was a little delayed due to coronavirus But communication was great. Definitely recommend 😀

Tag's were very nicely package in little velour pouches to keep the tags shiny. Engraving was very nice and the service with email queries was very good. Tag's did take a little longer to come due to Covid-19. Would definitely order from them again in the future.

Excellent product, good font size & design. Order received promptly & we are very pleased with our product

Excellent quality dog tags and good customer service. Recommended.

The tag we ordered was amazing - really shiny and fantastic quality. Our dog seems incredibly proud if the new addition to his collar and my son was made up with the little pouch it arrived in. It took 2 weeks to arrive - guess due to Covid related delays but it was worth the wait. Will definitely use the company again and will recommend to other dog owner friends.

The tag itself is great! I really like the optionality of fonts, sizes, etc. The only two things I was not particularly happy about was the clip they advertised, it came without the link, so I cannot attach it to the tag, and also the delivery took quite a while, around three weeks.

Ordered our first dog tag for our rescue dog Marley. Took two weeks to arrive but the tag is super shiny, engraving clear and easy to read. We went for a bone shaped tag, looks great on and a great size so you can easily read the information on a wiggling dog! Thanks!
