Dogtagsuk レビュー

The product is great, just as expected. Delivery took 10 days which could have been better, but there have been postal problems recently.

Excellent quality product.
Took longer than expected to arrive but most things do with Royal Mail. However communication was grood in letting me know the delivery status.
Thanks

Great customer service as responded very quickly to me the products I received were in excellent condition and loved the little pouches they arrived in would highly recommend and buy again from dog tags uk

fast response on answering me.. Not in the uk as mentioned.... Excellent item good engraving

Great customer service the team were brilliant when I spoke to them. Really good quality tags and good value! Would recommend.

Wish I’d read the previous 1 star reviews. Now I realise that despite the co.uk website this is not a UK company.
I placed an order on5/1/23 and received a confirmation email.
I then received a second email stating my item has been shipped
I have received nothing.
I have contacted the company 3 times asking where my order is and have had no response
In the vain hope someone reads this review the order number is : WGGONPYID

Excellent customer service and customer experience, because of the royal mail strike they have sent me 2 packages, I contacted them to pay for the second one and they let me keep it without any additional Payment, excellent team to work with for sure will use it in the future . 👏👏👏👏

Very clear writing and lots of styles to choose from. Quick delivery. Would recommend

Easy to use website to choose your products. Responsive answers to any queries or questions.
A well made product that looks good on our dog.
Overall a great product, highly recommended.

My first order here and had a good experience! Had an issue with the order but the team was very responsive and happy to support along the way with no delay! The packaging of the order was beautiful and loved the tag for my little cat! Thank you for a good customer experience! 🙏

Perfect item for my small dog. Excellent quality and surpassed expectations.

Queries were responded to quickly and I felt good as a customer.

Will definitely use them again when the time comes 👍

The dog tag is very good quality, shiny and sparly and not flimsy looks lovley. Took a while to arreive but I think that was due to postal strikes and coming from Switzerland

Ordered dog tags which initially didn't arrive but the customer service team was very responsive and when the first set of tags did not arrive, they sent a second set free of charge. Delivery is a bit slower than expected but the tags were very good quality.

Tags ordered are fantastic, really high quality. Delivery was a little slow but Customer Service were top notch, they kept me updated regularly and promptly answered my queries.

Very quick service and lovely dog tag. Small gold colour bone. Clear writing. Very pleased

Ordered two dog tags from them, with seemingly UK based delivery. Unfortunately they ship from Switzerland and it took a month for the tags to arrive. This wasn’t very clear on their website. In addition to this, the tags are of rubbish quality. Very thin and flimsy with a cheap print on them. I ended up getting much better tags done at PetsAtHome. Avoid!

Waited longer due to Covid but it was worth the delay. The tag is a good size and looks great. Customer service was very helpful. My dog has been wearing her tag for a couple of months now and it still looks shiny without any signs of wear and tear. I would be happy to purchase again.

The tag still hasn’t arrived, it wasn’t clea on the site it was shipping from
overseas, I assumed by the uk web address it was the uk.
It’s so bad (i can’t use swear words) of them. I brought the tag way in advance of getting our puppy and our puppy is asleep on the floor right now and no tag.
Honestly if it ever arrives i want to send it back and get a refund. f this company dont by from them just drive to a key cutter and get one locally .

I also reviewed on their website let’s see if it shows up there shall we.

Very cheap quality tags.

They also don’t make it clear in their web site, that’s shipping from overseas.

Tags took weeks to arrive.

Very pleased with our ID tag. Very good quality and reasonably priced. There was a slight delay to delivery but Customer Services were helpful and responsive.
