Lovely items

I did an online order and all products arrived perfectly. Same as in the pictures. Lovely items <3<3<3 Love the brand and the products! Though I would do more purchases if they did discounts in the shipment :)

Produkt med fejl markeret stÞrrelse

Vi havde modtaget et sÊt junior sengetÞj i gave tilbage i februar, da vi her i oktober går fra baby dyne til junior dyne og så vil pakke sÊttet ud opdager vi at selvom der står junior på posen ved en fejl er blevet puttet et sÊt baby sengetÞj i.

Vi kunne ikke få fat i kvitteringen fra gavegiver og skriver derfor direkte til hjemmesiden (på trods af at den er kÞbt ved en af deres forhandlere og ikke direkte fra hjemmesiden), vi modtog simpelthen den bedste service fra en forstående og rar medarbejder. Efter lidt korrespondance via deres chat funktion, som også var rigtig nem at benytte og som gemmer historikken, havde medarbejderen lavet en rabatkode til at vi kunne få det rigtige sÊt sengetÞj bestilt hjem.

En stor anbefaling fra os om at handle hos dem 😊

There is no tracking for the item

There is no tracking for the item, and they keep trying to deliver when we are not home. I asked if they could leave it via a Ring doorbell, and they said no.

No possibility for present packaging, box arrived damaged but otherwise all good.
