No patch received - but company

Dec 13th I ordered a patch repair for 15€. My account was charged 2 days after. On 23rd Dec, I wrote to Client Service as I hadn't received the repair patch they told me about. They told me to wait till 31/12. On Jan 2nd, still nothing. A few days later, Client Service sent me the tracked package with a tracking order. It took a very long time to get it through customs. I didn't received it until Jan 25th. To sum up, Down Jacket Repair was very professional and solved the problems. A piece of advice : be patient when ordering international products, as almost all countries now have custom duties.

Disappointed.

I am a repeat customer. Last time I bought these patches they were great. Firstly, there’s no really large patch and secondly they peeled off ! And yes I did apply them properly. Disappointed.

We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with our product this time round. Our self-adhesive patches are designed with fully waterproof adhesive and when applied to down jackets, adhere brilliantly.

We do very occasionally come across a jacket who’s fabric has been treated – eg with silicone waterproofers - which may impair the the sticking properties of the patch.

This may be the case with yours.

If you would like to send us an email with your full name or order number we would be very happy to refund you if the product has not worked as expected.

We can also do custom sized patches, if this is something you would be interested in please dont hesitate to contact us.
