Delivery great, stickyness less so good.

Delivery of product was great. I tried putting 2 patches on a pair of trousers (Rab vapour rise) and the corners of the hexagons didn't stick very well, left it over the weekend flat with a heavy item on top to press it into the fabric, and they have immediatly come off when item was washed.
Perhaps the outer material on these doesn't pair well, but I have used your patches before on a thin rab waterproof and that's been washed and re proofed with no issue.

Great company

Delayed delivery

Unfortunately there was a delay in receiving these and when I did the envelope had been opened and was damaged but the patches inside were fine. I had been in touch with DJR to say they did not arrive and DJR had said they’d send out another pack but they turned up that day so didn’t need another set sending out. The patches themselves are fine and work well although I think they are very overpriced for what they are. Good customer service.

We're sorry the envelope arrived damaged. Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves us it's in Royal Mail's hands and transit damage is something we have no control over. We do our best to pack orders carefully, and we're glad the patches themselves were unaffected.

We were happy to respond quickly when you got in touch and we're glad the original order turned up in time so a replacement wasn't needed.

On pricing: our patch kits are self-adhesive, ripstop nylon, coloured to match a wide range of jackets and designed to give a long-lasting, professional-looking repair to what is often a well-loved and expensive piece of kit. They are made in the UK by a small, family-run business employing real people, not a faceless overseas operation. Full pack contents and prices are clearly listed on our website so customers can make an informed choice before purchasing.

Great product

Great product, not perfect, but you cannot match materials and colours for all the different manufacturers out there. That said the shade of blue was close enough and the fact the patch has a kind of ripstop square pattern to it, and my jacket is plain, it’s virtually invisible. You can easily see it if you look, but if you’re not looking, you won’t notice it. Very worth the money over trying to stitch, or even throwing it away.

Patch lasted 2 years


Bottle green repair patch was a great colour match with 2024 North Face jacket. Repair patch lasted 2 years and went through the washing machine and dryer a few times with no issues. We’re now on patch number two.

Nifty little patches!

Nifty little patches to make discrete repairs. Easy to use. My advice, use the smallest size that will cover the tear/hole and if it is an irregular shape cut a lager patch down to match the shape of the tear. Bingo you’ll never know it was there! I have used these pates in both white and black.

Work fine

I have been waiting for my shipment since January 7. I sent two messages asking what was going on. I was told to wait until January 22 and contact them again if the parcel still hadn’t arrived. Today is February 4 — still no shipment and no response from the store. I do not recommend this company.

Update: 24.02
After speaking with an employee, I was informed that the shipment had likely been lost by the carrier. I was offered either a refund or a free reshipment.

In the end, the package arrived. The stickers work properly and fulfill their purpose.
