Excellent service and product


Ordered repair yesterday and it arrived today. Using small black patch for tiny hole in the jacket and sticks and blends in great.

No product delivered?

Maybe if I had received my order I could give an honest review, but I can't since I still haven't received my order... Edit: Customer service reached out and got a new package on the way since they thought the original package got lost. I received the package shortly after and the product is working as intended.

Excellent service

Excellent service, they even made me up some bespoke parches, that were bigger than the standard parches found in the kits.

I had some complaints about the delay


I had some complaints about the delay in the product reception. I contacted them by email and they had a quick response to it. In fact I received the product on the very day as it was expected.

Highly highly recommend

Postage was incredibly fast, product was amazing, bought for my sons North face jacket he managed to tear and also used on a tiny hole in a Canada goose, both look great - 10/10

I don’t feel coat is damaged now!

Thanks it was great to have black patches to repair black Barbour coat . My coat is a good one and I know now not to do garden in it! Tearing a hole in coat really upset me but now it’s covered with a patch you would never know!
