I decided to have a breast enlargement unter muscle this year and a friend recommended Dr. Kalay to me. After all i can say that this was the best decision for me! The entire process was extremely organized. As a nurse, I can say that the team works extremely professionally and hygienically, better than in Germany in my option. There was a consultation with Dr. Kalay before the operation and together we decided on the right implants. I can say that Dr. Kalay knows her stuff! Furkan was my personal the entire time. He was available to me at and time and answered all my questions. I had no pain or complications. After all I can say that I am super satisfied and super happy with the result. I had a full 360° liposuction, a 360° tummy tuck, and a breast lift with reduction performed by Dr Ayse — and the results are beyond anything I ever imagined. Dr. Ayse Kalay has literally changed my body beyond recognition.

My journey so far has been amazing, even better than expected.

Since losing over 6 and a half stone (42kg) and having been overweight my whole life I had finally reached a weight where I was happy with my body size although couldn't get my head around the fact.I was wearing size 10 clothes but had rolls of skin when I sat down and still had a hanging belly, this is when I decided to look into getting a tummy tuck.

I started researching surgeons both in the UK, Lithuania, and then Turkey.

From the start, Dr. Kalay's work had caught my attention with her extensive and impressive results with 'Mommy Makeovers'.

I had more than 10 Zoom consultations with a variety of surgeons and was never 100% on any of them, whether it be due to their results, some even tried to encourage additional procedures which made me question their ethics.

Along with my 'Mommy Makeover' I initially wanted an arm lift at the same time, Dr Kalay was the only consultant to say it would be too much for me to incorporate an arm lift at this time, suggesting an arm lift at a second surgery once healed.

From the moment I contacted Dr Kalay's coordinator, Furkin, he has always been responsive and helpful answering my questions, he explained everything in detail, even when I forgot the time difference texting him late in the evening.

On arrival in Turkey, everything was well organised, and Furkin was there to meet us at the hospital.

My flight arrived at 7 pm Tuesday evening, and on arrival at the hospital, I was taken straight for ECG, bloods, and chest XRay. The hospital was clean, and the nurses attentive.

I had a 360 Tummy tuck, liposuction, muscle repair along with breast uplift and small 285 over the muscle implants, to say I am impressed is an understatement, my scars are neat and thin, my boobs small and pert and my saggy belly is no more.

Everyone working with Dr Kalay has been amazing, especially Furkin, Ebrar and Burcin who all put me at ease during each part of my journey.

To get the most out of your surgery, I would highly recommend hiring the private nurse even just for the first 6 hours and budgeting for lymphatic drainage massages with Burcin. These were amazing, helped reduce swelling and ease any muscle tension, and bless Burcin she even washed me and washed my hair for me.

I know I have written a lot, but it's hard to write a short piece on what has been such a big part of my transformation journey.

I am booked to return to Dr Kalay in February 2026 for the final piece of my transformation - an arm and thigh lift - I have total confidence in Dr Kalay and her whole team supporting me throughout and look forward to seeing them all when I return x

I'm just over 2 weeks post op now and am absolutely delighted with my breast augmentation and uplift from Dr Ayse and her team. Furkan was amazing, always on hand to answer any questions I had and help with any translation. Also since arriving back in the UK any questions I still have are answered within minutes.

Ich hatte am 25.09.2025 meine OP bei Dr. Ayşe Kalay gehabt. Gemacht wurde Bruststraffung mit Implanten, 360° Fettabsaugung, Bauchdeckenstrafung mit Muskelreparatur und BBL.
Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich super zufrieden, es hat sogar meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Nähte sind sehr dünn und supper plaziert. Alle meine Wünsche wurden umgesetzt. Dr Ayşe hat sich sogar Zeit für meine Begleitperson genommen und sie beraten. Eine deutsche Übersetzung war extra ohne Zuzahlung dabei. Gebucht habe ich durch Kerem. Extra Dank an ihn, er hat bis fast 22 Uhr auf mich im Krankenhaus gewartet beim Ankunft. Transfer, Krankenhaus,- und Hotelauenthalt hat reibungslos funktioniert. Kerem war nach der OP um 20 Uhr abends noch bei mir, was ich auch nicht erwartet hätte. Ebrar war auch immer hilfsbereit, supper nett und hat alle Fragen beantwortet.
Ich bin jetzt 10 Tage post OP, fühle mich sehr gut und bereue meine Entscheidung null, mich Dr
Ayşe anvertraut zu haben.

Well Dr AYSE and team what can i say absolutely fantastic from start to finish .. was so worried on arrival but that was soon sorted within a hour of arriving and the calm feeling began with the help
Of kerem and his hospitality friendlyness and reassurance.. operation went ahead and all was better than expected im very satisfied and now on the road to healing . All staff are very friendly and will help with anything atall and answer any questions wether surgery related or just in general . I had a “mummy makeover” (breast lift with implants, tummy tuck, liposuction and BBL) with Dr Ayşe Kalay at Erdem Hospital, Istanbul, in April . what happened during and after surgery has left me permanently damaged, in daily pain, and traumatised by the “care” provided by her chosen hospital ERDEM .

What Dr Ayşe did to me:
• Fat was injected above, below and inside my glute muscles, tearing straight through the muscle itself. I wasn’t just healing from a BBL – I was healing from an actual muscle tear.
• Fat was left dangerously close to my sciatic nerve, with a collection of infected liquid measuring 3cm x 19cm pressing near my spine. UK surgeons later confirmed this was infected dead fat and had to surgically drain multiple areas (hips, buttocks, lower back). Not all of it could be removed without cutting further through my glutes.
• I now suffer with permanent sciatica, need nerve pain medication daily, and continue with physiotherapy to try to recover mobility.

What Erdem Hospital did while I was in septic shock:
• My lactate level was 6.1 immediately after surgery – a clear sign I was in shock. My infection markers (NEU) were spiking. Yet the nurses forced me to walk “for pain relief” and only gave me liquid paracetamol the first day even tho dr ayes said I can have morphine, they also falsify medication times leaving you longer without meds, and everything they give you they say it’s tramadol or morphine- it’s not, I said my incision was burning, they gave me pain relief which was a ACID REFLUX TABLET.
• My heart rate was 141 bpm, but my file was falsified to show 93 bpm and “fit to fly.” I was pushed out of hospital at 6pm on 30 April. By 4am UK time (9 hours later), I was in an NHS hospital with a CRP of 496 and confirmed sepsis. Doctors told me if I had gone home, I would have died.
• I repeatedly told the nurses I was unwell: my temperature was up and down, I had no energy, and I couldn’t walk. They ignored me, switched off my buzzer when I asked for water, and gave me wrong medication (an acid reflux tablet when I said my incision was burning). I have videos of my buzzer being turned off and screenshots of everything I reported.
How Erdem responded when I raised this:
I contacted Erdem Hospital asking for a refund and accountability. Their coordinator Adam replied that they “didn’t believe” I had sepsis in Turkey, despite me showing NHS records taken just 9 hours after I left them. He told me it was all in my head and that I should “stop Googling.”
This is insulting and dangerous. I have paperwork proving my sepsis, discharge notes showing I was in the resuscitation unit, MRI/CT/ultrasound scans, and lab tests confirming the fat removed from my body was infected and that my glute was torn. My WhatsApp conversations with Adam show in real time what I was reporting about the nurses and the neglect.
The impact on my life:
I spent 6 weeks in NHS hospital with sepsis for 5 weeks, two weeks of physiotherapy to learn to walk again, and months of recovery. I missed two months of my children’s lives, unsure if I’d walk again. I now live with daily nerve pain, require ongoing physiotherapy, and face lasting scars from the extra NHS surgeries needed to drain the infections. I couldn’t walk properly till December
Final note:
Dr Ayşe herself was pleasant to speak to, but the fact remains: she tore through my glute muscle and placed fat where it never should have gone. She continues to operate using Erdem Hospital, whose abusive staff ignored lab results, falsified records, and treated me like a product instead of a patient.
I am extremely disappointed that neither Dr Ayşe nor her team have reached out after I provided evidence to erdem clinic what happened. Everything “looks nice” on Instagram, but the reality behind closed doors is catastrophic. Patients deserve to know the truth before they put their lives in her hands. She did however message me on insta 2 days after I was admitted and said she was shocked as the tests was all normal… even tho a nhs surgeon reviewed my bloods and tests at erdem clinic while I was in hospital and said they was clear indicators of sepsis and it should have been looked into. If dr ayes genuinely didn’t know how erdem was treating me, I would happily send her all my screenshots and videos.

I was not told to stay, I even have WhatsApp messages I said I cannot use my legs and Adam from Erdem said he spoke to the doctors and I am 100 percent medically fit to fly, and from dr ayes saying people perceive it as bad after … I’m glad to hear my 6-week hospital admission and nerve damage/sepsis were just part of a ‘perception issue.’ That’s one way to redefine medical negligence. My bloods were ‘normal’? Got the photo to prove it, yep, even the bits marked in red warning you. I can confirm no walking issues before with NHS confirmation * why you lying now?🤣

I had my surgery early september and can i just say i made the best decision choosing the right team. Dr Ayse was very good and patient with me. the stitches are invisible. Kerem was very helpful any questions i had he had the answers to. i’m very happy with my results and so grateful for the team.

My experience with dr ayse and her team was amazing from start to finish! My abdomen is literally a work of art it’s better than I could have ever dreamed of, I’m already booked to go back for my second surgery next year I would never go anywhere else now! I had thought about a breast uplift and implants since having my eldest daughter who’s 21 this year.
on holiday this year I’d finally had enough after losing 4 stone thought I’d be confident but I wasn’t so on returning home I did a load of research and got in contact with Karem he was so lovely put my mind at ease I wanted booking in asap I booked Friday 12th and was booked in Tuesday the 16th!! In September 2025 I had:
360 TT + Lipo, Monslift and muscle repair, Breastlift w/implants.
I am now 22 days post op, and I am feeling great!
I did a lot of research when considering surgery in Turkey, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Dr. Ayse Kalay and her team!
From the moment I reached out and got in contact with my Patient-Coordinator Kerem, I have felt like I was in safe hands!
There was never any pressure or «special deals», communication is fast and very informative, and most importantly of all, I felt like a human and not just «meat».
For me this surgery was very important.
I had lost 70kg and was at a stable weight after having Gastric bypass in June 2023. I had a lot of loose skin that was making my daily life quite uncomfortable, and my confidence was at times low due to it. I wanted to find a surgeon who would understand my goals. I wanted a more natural result and had realistic expectations, Dr. Ayse and her team gave me that AND MORE!

I had surgery June 2025 and couldn’t be happier with the results. For anyone considering DR Ayse Kalay, you will not be disappointed.
