Thank you for your feedback; we appreciate it. We apologise for any confusion and would like to clarify that our draws are live-streamed on our Facebook page. We invite you to view the recorded stream on Facebook for transparency. Additionally, we will include these details on our website for future draws.
Regarding email notifications, we plan to send out winner notifications along with a picture of the guitar and its new owner once it has arrived. As our draws are nationwide, this notification is likely to be sent out approximately a week after the draw date. If you view our Facebook or Instagram page, you can see we've done this with Ed, our previous winner.
