I purchased a bathroom storage cabinet from this company via Amazon. The unit is very poor quality. I mean like a polystyrene jigsaw puzzle. Everytime I move it the cabinet falls apart. The finish well there is no finish. Wasted £20 odd. Just a warning to everyone DONT BUY any of these cabinets. I left a similar review on Amazon. Seller couldn't give 2 hoots.

I ordered a vibration plate exercise machine , I wanted to return it for health reasons tried to return it through the Range ( where I ordered it from ) they tell me they donât take returns ( itâs still in the box ) not opened . They told me they donât have a collection service so it was my duty to return even though this isnât said on the website as I wouldâve never ordered. Then said my only way of a refund was to donate and get a receipt of donation (is that even a thing?!?) When Iâve tell you Iâve never experienced such poor customer service, it blows my mind how The Range are in business with this pathetic company. A month later and Iâm still chasing a refund. Stay away from this brand and Iâd only buy from The Range in store.

I ordered a rug from the range. I thought it was from the range and had no idea they were using third party companies. The rug arrives and itâs not suitable so I try to return to the range but they advised that I have to organise it with the third party seller - dripex. Contact them, the say they cannot arrange collection of the return so will I accept a £10 refund and I can keep the rug. Then when I said no they upped the refund to £20. Again I said no and so they told me to donate the rug to charity and then send a receipt and then I can have a refund? What kind of company is this?? I would avoid any dealings with them if I were you

wrong mattress size sentâŠ
I ordered a double mattress via The Range and received a single mattress. They offered a discount but unfortunately I don't need a single so asked for the double instead and they say they do not collect.
Now they want me to donate the single, send proof and get a refund.
I want the mattress I paid for and only then can I donate the wrong one. My child is uncomfortable because they do not want to take accountability and send me what I paid for. They now listed it on The Range website for a higher fee. Day light robbery

Frustrating experience
Contacted customer support to try and get a copy of instructions for a treadmill Iâd purchased on Amazon a couple of years ago. Was told as I didnât order it direct from them thereâs nothing they can do which I find ridiculous. Why gatekeep this information? Most reputable places would have them already available to directly download from the website. Very frustrating, would not recommend dealing with this company.
No help for replacement remote so unable to use product ever again
I bought a treadmill / walking pad - the app that you can use for it no longer exists so if you lose the remote (like I have) you have no chance of using the treadmill again. Contacted customer service and there's nothing they can do.. no replacement remote. Awful.

Absolutely pathetic customer service
Absolutely pathetic customer service.
Purchased one of their spin bikes, which is now just out of warranty. The resistance knob is completely threaded (making the exercise bike useless) and was just after some advice on how to access the mechanism take a look at it, as I think it just needs a new bolt or locking nut. The response is possibly the worst I've had from a customer service email and I have dealt with myHermes & yodel in the past.
Fobbed off, none of their business apparently for a product they sell, pathetic. I suppose you get what you pay for, cheap product cheap parts cheap service.
