Stunning , Classy Jewellery …
My husband purchased 3 different sized tennis Necklaces and 4 , 5 mm tennis bracelets. Absolutely stunning products and still shopping for a matching ring ! The products are stunning. They come beautifully packaged with pouches to keep your Jewellery in . I am 60 years young and though the products seem to be advertised towards younger generations, these are timeless classics and certainly make you sparkle ✨ I adore my new pieces of Jewellery .

I bought a necklace from Drippy
I bought a necklace from Drippy, and after one wear it went green. When I contacted them about it they said maybe I had wore it with cologne and that’s why it happened - and offered a discount for future purchases. This was no good to me as I would not be making any more purchases of their poor quality, overpriced jewellery. Which is a shame because they do have nice designs.

Order went smooth / refund still waiting after a month
Order went smooth. Some waiting time, probably drop ship lead time. Article also good but wrong size. Now to refund. They recieved the article almost a month ago ( signed confirmation of post ) but still they did not refund ( site states within 5 working days ) … everytime they claim backlog after holiday. I can understand this yes, but 1 month ?!?! Be wary i would say

Goede communicatie met klantenservice
Ik sluit me niet aan bij de negatieve ervaringen. Ik heb bij Drippy een ring gekocht waarbij helaas binnen een maand steentjes waren uitgevallen. Na contact met de klantenservice is dit echter heel netjes opgelost. Ik kreeg het volledige bedrag terug om iets nieuws uit te zoeken op de website. De communicatie verliep soepel en prettig, vooral met Katrina, die vriendelijk en behulpzaam was.

Not gonna buy at Drippy again
Three months after buying the tennis bracelet one of the stones fell without any knock or fall. The worst part is that the company says it’s due to normal use so it’s not covered for the warranty. 3 months of normal use is what they give you…

Outstanding quality & service - Highly recommend
I've ordered from Drippy once before. The first time I ordered a gold braided bracelet for my boyfriend for Valentinesday. He has worn it since and the condition is just as new. The quality is outstanding, just as the honeycomb bracelet I order for him for this christmas and the tennis bracelet he ordered for me as a present as well.
If you order from Drippy you will get a ver good piece of jewellery, beautifull quality, with nice finishes, a real eye-cather.
Their customer service is also good. They reply fast to your questions and offer sincere help.
The shipping is also pretty fast. Wich brings me to the packiging. This really is the icing on the cake, the finishes are so pretty. Really something you can give as a present to someone special or just for yourself, wich is just as important ;)
Overall I am very satisfied with Drippy and I highly recommend this jewellery brand if you want good price-quality ratio!

Klantenservice bij retournering ronduit slecht
Producten zullen vast prima zijn, de klantenservice bij retournering is slechter dan slecht. Armband is al 2 weken geleden bij Drippy Amsterdam afgeleverd door PostNL, nog altijd geven zij aan deze te moeten verwerken en wacht ik nog steeds op terugbetaling. Nog niet eens een bevestiging van ontvangst kunnen ze sturen. Het retourneren dien je zelf te verzorgen, er zit geen retourlabel bij en ook de retourkosten draag je zelf. Nu was dat alles niet eens erg als het vanuit Drippy zelf ook goed geregeld zou zijn. Ondertussen wordt je dagelijks bestookt met mails over tevredenheidsonderzoeken over het product of het contact met de klantenservice. Het product is echter al lang geretourneerd en ik ontvang meer geautomatiseerde mails met verzoeken om enquetes in te vullen dan dat ik concreet antwoord krijg vanuit een medewerker. Door deze ervaring zal ik niets meer bij deze webshop bestellen.
Update n.a.v. onderstaande reactie van Drippy; ik heb al vele mails naar jullie gestuurd, maar wordt steeds met hetzelfde geautomatiseerde antwoord afgescheept; het duurt zogenaamd langer vanwege drukte en uitbetaling volgt later. De retournering is al 2 weken geleden, een bevestiging van ontvangst zou het minste zijn, zelfs dit doen jullie niet. Wat schiet ik met deze reactie op?

Zeer slecht bedrijf
Zeer slecht bedrijf.
Sieraden ter waarde van 1100 euro besteld als cadeautje.
Volgens dhl is dit geleverd op 13 december 2025 echter hèb ik nooit iets ontvangen.
Heb dit netjes bij Drippy gemeld en werd zeer onbeschoft behandeld heb weken moeten wachten om vervolgens te horen dat ze niks kan vergoeden.
Ik heb een camera aan mijn deur hangen en de buren aan de overkant ook,op beide camera s is te zien dat op het door dhl aangegeven besorg moment niemand te zien is geen bezorger te bekennen.
Hierdoor zal de rechtszaak die ik ga aanspannen al gewonnen zijn door mijn alleen kost het heel veel tijd en moeite.
Tevens ga ik tv programma s als kassa en opgelicht aanschrijven om dit op te pakken.
Als er meer gedupeerden zijn meld je dan kunnen we onze krachten bundelen in de recht zaak zodat dit bedrijf voor eens en altijd stopt met oplichten.

Er loopt momenteel een officieel onderzoek bij DHL, omdat de zending als bezorgd is gemarkeerd, maar niet is ontvangen. Helaas wachten we nog op hun definitieve uitkomst voordat we dit aan onze kant kunnen oplossen. We nemen actief contact met hen op.
