Super Kundenservice
Nach einer Verwechslung der falschen Breite und Größe wurde mir vom Kundenservice umgehend eine Ersatzlieferung zugesendet. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass ich das falsch gelieferte Armband sogar behalten durfte.
Es ist wirklich toll zu sehen, wie schnell und bemüht der Kundenservice daran war, das Problem sofort zu lösen. Anfangs war ich ehrlich gesagt so verärgert, dass ich meinte, dort nicht mehr einkaufen zu wollen – aber dank der schnellen und unkomplizierten Hilfe hat sich meine Meinung wieder geändert.
Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden und kann den Shop trotz der Falschlieferung definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Vanaf december al bezig om geld terug…
Vanaf december al bezig om geld terug te krijgen van 2 armbanden. Je krijgt in delen terug en ineens stopt het. Het proces opzich begint al heel erg laat ondanks dat ze het al lang terug hebben de armbanden.

We hebben je zaak zorgvuldig bekeken en kunnen bevestigen dat beide armbanden al volledig zijn terugbetaald en dat de bevestiging van de terugbetaling is verzonden naar het e-mailadres dat je bij de aankoop hebt gebruikt. We hebben deze informatie ook gedeeld in onze recente e-mails.
Mocht het geld nog steeds niet zichtbaar zijn, dan kan het helpen om contact op te nemen met de rekeninghouder of de bank, aangezien de terugbetalingen door ons succesvol zijn verwerkt. We staan natuurlijk klaar om je te helpen als er nog iets onduidelijk is.

The tennis bracelet
Bought the tennis bracelet as a christmas gift. It was beautiful and shined amaizingly, but unfortunetly the closing mechanism was poor and my boyfriend lost it. We were very disapointed but it is what it is, maybe some they will order another one.

got it within the delivery time, even though I live on the other side of the planet. Sadly, I bought the wrong size, but their support is extremely fkn fast, super sweet, and very helpful!
Anyway, the jewelry was perfect. The cross I bought is perfect and shining, it’s just perfect. And the pair of earrings I got for my girlfriend made her so happy. All love to Drippy, for real.
