Fake warranty
Fake warranty bought a blue cross pendent. I had it for mby 6 weeks then the plating started to fade alot and they told me my warranty was voided due to the following
"circumstances: wear and tear, scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, and long-term fading."
And the website lists water resistant and long term fading in my opinion dosent happen in 6 weeks

Just to clarify, plating fading is considered normal wear over time and isn’t covered under our warranty, which is why it falls outside of coverage. That said, we did provide a discount as a gesture of goodwill to support you.

A minor defect in my 5mm tennis armband was resolved excellently by the very understanding and quick-responding customer service. The armband was replaced with a new one free of charge. Truly great service, Drippy!

Amazing support and product
My order was delayed because of the carrier having delays and the support was nice enough to send a replacement for the lost order. Build quality is amazing and support is super friendly and forthcoming.

Toch nog nieuwe sieraden mogen ontvangen!
Had een slechte ervaring met een armband en ketting van mijn zoon. De sluiting ging bij beiden na 3 weken los. Na veel op en neer mailen en heel wat foto’s verder kregen een slechte ervaring waarmee wij ons onterecht afgescheept voelden, nu toch een nieuwe ketting en armband ontvangen! Dat noem ik service en hart voor je klanten. Bedankt Drippy !

Idk if I gotta be professional n all but they real mfs. Got a gorgeous lookin piece. Was trippin ab the size a bit. Placed n order n changed my mind later. Emailed them, said they couldn’t change anything but they’d setup the replacement process beforehand so that everything’d move as smoothly as possible FOR ME once my order arrived. Turned out the size I picked originally was damn perfect but that’s sum dedication brother. Ong the piece real. No plastic nothin. Honestly I’d recommend 💯

Kapot en geen vergoeding
armband en ketting gekregen voor mijn verjaardag. Armband en ketting hebben beide maar 3 weken kunnen volhouden aangezien de sieraden letterlijk uit elkaar vallen. Naar aanleiding hiervan contact opgenomen en geen oplossing aangeboden. Ik raad het dan ook zeker af om hier te bestellen aangezien de kwaliteit onbegrijpelijk slecht is en het bedrijf geen oplossing aanbied.

Een mooie armband gekocht en die ook goed ontvangen. Helaas vielen na de 2e keer dragen al een paar steentjes uit de armband. Geen groot gemis want het waren tenslotte de kleinere die niet extreem opvielen.
Bij de 4e keer dragen brak er een schakel af en hier begon het eindeloze heen en weer getouwtrek. In eerste instantie ging het mail contact vrij onbeschoft er werd verteld dat er geen garantie te behalen viel omdat er zogenaamd geen fabrieksfout in zat dus het viel niet binnen de fabrieksgarantie. Na nogmaals contact en foto’s te hebben gestuurd van alle schakeltjes bleek inderdaad toch dat de schakels inconsistent vast zaten en het wel een fabrieksfout was. Desondanks werd mij hierna nog 2x gevraagd om foto’s te sturen wat ik 2x heb gedaan. Helaas na de laatste foto’s niks meer gehoord.
€400,- ligt nu weg te rotten in het originele doosje met een prachtig “lifetime warrenty” pasje erbij.
Wees erop verdacht dat Lifetime warrenty dus helemaal geen garantie is maar gewoon een paar mooie woorden om je zekerheid te geven die er niet is.

De eerste foto's die we ontvingen, lieten het probleem met de schakels niet duidelijk zien. Daarom hebben we om aanvullende foto's gevraagd, zodat onze juweliers het probleem goed konden beoordelen. Helaas hebben we daarna geen reactie meer ontvangen, waardoor we de zaak niet konden afronden.
Neem alstublieft opnieuw contact met ons op via info@drippy.amsterdam, dan zullen we uw zaak heropenen en met prioriteit opnieuw beoordelen. Bedankt dat u ons de kans geeft om dit op te lossen.
