Top driving agency!
I gave worked for Driver hire Stockport for nearly eighteen months after taking my work pension at 55 years old. I regularly work two or three days, Monday to Friday and I they have always found 3.5t work for me. Elisha and Jamie are always professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Driver Hire Stockport as a reliable, trustworthy driving agency.

Yes, Driver Hire is a franchised business and most local offices are independently owned by franchisees, who run their offices according to established and strict operating standards. We have operated successfully in this way for several decades and believe that the approach gives customers and candidates the advantages of dealing with locally owned operators and at the same time, the service and compliance standards that you would expect from a large, nationwide organisation.

If you want to work for an agency that sends you somewhere that you don't belong or double books you and then send you in a lorry to go and deliver a Lori and if you drive down the wrong road will take the wrong route to where you have to deliver the lorry and the company gets a PCN. This agency will take it straight out of your wages. Not some of it not part of it. Not a bit of it. All of it in one go and you'll work all week for nothing. I've never worked for an agency that is so rude. So pushy and almost talks to you. Like you're a 15-year-old boy at school in detention is unbelievable that people even put up with this company. I guess that's what happens when you're stuck in a wage slave system set up to fail and the wages they pay is absolutely shocking and don't even get me started about the umbrella b******* that this company runs

Honestly these guys carter to schedule. They get you work as soon as you register. Continuous work at the same location. I would highly recommend them to drivers looking to work.

Driver Hire East Kilbride.
I’ve been with Driver Hire East Kilbride for certain spells over the last 3/4 years, one of the first jobs I got through them was a temp-to-perm contract and I was there for over 2 years before being made redundant.
I am now with another company and have been there for almost a year now and have had constant Monday-Friday shifts every single week.
Lisa and her team haven’t missed a beat with getting me work when I’ve needed it, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great Agency
Hi,
Have worked with driverhire east kilbride for close to nearly 4 months now and have never had a problem with shifts or the team,
Seeing these negative reviews is strange to me as the team at East Kilbride have gone above and beyond to make sure I have work and I'm always contacted well before about dates available and start times
Would definitely recommend Driverhire Easy Kilbride as an agency that has always made sure i'm well and available to work whenever they have a shift available for me
Great company and looking forward to many more working days.

I'm only at the start of the course, but Matt is straight forward and polite, answered everything I asked confidently and always reply's to me quick with anything I need or ask. This course was also the cheapest I can find so happy days, looking forward to the course!

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you are not happy with your experience with Driver Hire Training. We have very high standards of customer satisfaction and our DVSA course audits are positive – however it’s important that we know when things go wrong, so that we can learn and improve for the future.
We are also sorry that you were unwell on the day of the training. For the benefit of others reading this review, we do always try to accommodate when plans change and as long as we are given reasonable notice in advance, we can usually amend bookings for an admin fee of £15.
The problem on this occasion was that you only contacted us after the course had already started. We don’t agree with your assertion that you have been “conned”. Our policy of not offering refunds for very late cancellations (or where a delegate does not attend a course), is normal practice across many different services, including many training providers.

WORST DRIVING AGENCY EVER
This is the worst driving agency you will ever get DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME filling in all the applications they are absolutely useless, I spent a lot of time signing up to this agency and got absolutely nothing for it. The women does not even speak proper English. GATWICK DRIVER HIRE ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

In general feedback on Driver Hire’s dealings with candidates is very positive but we do recognise that things can go wrong from time to time and it’s helpful that we hear about these - although we do not welcome personal comments about our colleagues.
Our screening process is rigorous, and that’s important to us because it helps us to ensure good service to our customers, but we recognise that it takes time.
