Spent nearly £80 at the start of June


Spent nearly £80 at the start of June and still have not received my parcel. Emailed and was told it would be here by 6th July, then sent another email after 6th July to then be told it would be here the next week. It is now 28th July, I have not received my parcel and have not had a response back to my last email. Absolutely shocking. I was so excited to try this product and have been left so disappointed having paid for this so long ago and still not to have received it.

SCAM

Wouldn’t recommend. Ordered 7 weeks ago and never come, stopped replying to emails. Spent £45 for it to never come. More bothered about social media than helping genuine customers. Gave them the opportunity to rectify it but they haven’t, have reported to trading standards.

Lack of communication & honesty!

I ordered on 20th June and still haven’t received my delivery despite chasing for this daily. Apparently Yodel has my parcel but the tracking number they gave me doesn’t work! Won’t order again - gave them a second chance & was still let down
