Ordered from here and the parcel took 3 months to come. When it eventually arrived I didn’t like the tan, it was very orange coloured instead of brown and didn’t look natural or tan-like whatsoever. 3 months for a bottle of tan is absolutely ridiculous, only reason I waited is because I thought it would be worth it due to their TikTok posts etc but I really don’t recommend to anyone!! It also runs out really quickly and comes off so patchy. Avoid!!!

Been waiting nearly 3 months for my tan. Emailed them numerous times for a refund and they just keep telling me it’s on its way. Even sent me a fake tracking number. Avoid this company!!

Absolute scam! I have been waiting nearly 2 months for this tan, I have emailed multiple times and been told it would be with me within the week! It’s now been 2 weeks since that email. I have also been checking on yodel with the tracking number and it says it’s not even been sent to yodel yet! Avoid at all costs I am now trying to get a refund :(

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered on the 23rd July and still not arrived on the 22nd August, no updates or communication until I emailed on the 17th August asking where my order was, they responded with ‘a few orders have slipped through the cracks and we’re working on it’. Sent a long email back saying that I was really unhappy with the service, especially after seeing the videos of them trying to bribe people to change their negative reviews and blocking others who haven’t received their orders, they’ve agreed to refund me and have said it can take up to 28 days to be processed. Hopefully I will get the refund.

Like most others you will see even giving a 1 star is being generous, no contact details online, won’t allow emails to be sent to their email address, won’t allow Instagram messages either. Ordered the tan nearly two months ago and still had no communication from them! Please don’t order from these! £40 is a lot to spend on tan will definitely not be ordering from here ever ever again. Avoid at all costs

Ordered on the 5th July and it’s now the 21st August and still waiting for my products to arrive after I have been told 3 times the order will be with me the same week. I have received false tracking information as well. Appalling service.

No one order this tan !!!! I ordered on the 22nd June it’s now the 18th of august and I’ve still not received my order they are robbing peoples money and going on holidays absolute tramps !!!!! And every time you email them they say it’s on its way absolute joke

If I could rate 0 I 100% would… glad in a way to see that I’m not the only one with this issue!!! Ordered on 2nd July- still no parcel been sent a fake tracking number that doesn’t work and not replying to emails, turned comments off on insta and Tik tok. If you can’t cope stop orders!! I’ve been so patient and nice but this is a joke !! I want my products or money back!! Horrific service and I hope they are ashamed of doing this to all these people. No way to run a business

This company is the biggest scam.

After ordering over $200 AUD of products on the 6th July, I have not received tracking or even an update.

I have emailed the company and waited 1 week for a response stating “they have a lot of happy customers in Australia” and that they couldn’t not provide a tracking number due to data protection act. After seeing on TikTok that they are scamming with a free mit and have sent other girls tracking - it makes me wonder if I will even receive this. I requested a refund due to the wait but was told no as it was already sent!!! I want my products or a refund.

Ordered 8 weeks ago and for the past 8 weeks they’ve kept lying saying I’m going to receive it within the next few days. Refusing to give me a refund also. Have been bribing people with ‘free mitts’ on their tiktok to change their bad reviews to a good one. Scammed thousands of people. Business should needs to be reported to trading standards by everyone and shut down!

Ordered at the start of July and still yet to receive. Emailed back and forth to chase it up, it was then dispatched but still showing as with sender. Emailed back to cancel and I've had no further response other than they are moving courier. Personally don't think they should take orders until they catch up or have successfully moved couriers. Disappointed as they are a small business but service has been poor.

They Bribe you on tiktok saying if you leave a good review you’ll receive a free tanning mitt, still haven’t received my order from 3 months ago

Ordered £65 worth of tan in June and still no parcel. I was sent a random tracking number that doesn’t even work! Now they aren’t responding to my emails at all. Avoid this company at all costs and save your money.

Edit - I have now received a refund, the tan never did arrive so it was never sent.

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID! If I could rate this company 0, then trust me I would! Ordered back on 9th April and received it on 18th July. After countless of emails back and forth, questioning where my delivery is, they kept proceeding to tell me my parcel would be with me ‘Friday’ or another time I got told I would have it within a week…well that never happened.

FINALLY, when it arrived the WRONG tan had been sent, I received dark when I ordered medium. This wouldn’t usually bother me much but when I spent £40.99, then that’s a bit of an issue. My parcel arrived in a damaged box, the tan itself had exploded, it was leaking everywhere, the tanning drops had no label on, so in my eyes they could have been anything so they went straight in the bin! Best of all I was missing items that I actually ordered!! I wish I could attach photos to this to show how my items turned up!

I would personally NEVER order from these again and I would strongly tell others to AVOID.

If I could I would rate them a ZERO . My mum ordered tan for me as a birthday present back in April and now we are in august and it’s still not here. They have just kept giving us excuses after excuses with the latest one last week being sending us a random Hermes tracking and saying it arrived on the 23rd June when on the 15th July they told us it still hadn’t been sent out yet - so they just caught themselves out in a lie . Would never recommend and I have seen on TikTok that they have let a lot of customers down. It’s a shame really cos I was looking forward to using the tan . £40 is a lot of money to spend on fake tan especially to not receive it . Will never buy again and will warn people to stay well clear of this very unprofessional business . 5 months later and still not here and there customer service is shocking !!

Took way longer that it said it would, bad customer service (lack of updates, email replies), when it did arrive personally I don’t think the tan is worth the money. I could get the same quality tan for £5 from savers to be honest. Won’t shop here again & gutted I shopped there in the first place, especially without looking at reviews first.

Spent £40 on a tan bundle in March and still have not received the items in August.would not reccomend ordering.

Great product! Love the tan it gives me! You’re only reason I put four stars instead of five was because it took four weeks to come. That being said I was updated with emails every step of the way and I understand that they were restocking at the time! Great communication great product love it! Will be repurchasing again real soon Thanks
