Druot is good but I would like to save my history of favourite bids with finall prices in my profile and this is still impossible…

Easy to use and not very expensive

I don't like a service at all , as a buyer from overseas, from United States. I can't pay online or by card. Even small amount. The auction, or DROUOT forced !!! me to pay through bank to bank direct transfer only. ! Which is very inconvenient and more expensive ! There's no options to pay easy, secure ways on line or debit/credit card or PayPal or Revolut, or any other electronic means. ONLY by bank transfer. I work all day long and don't have time even on lunch break.
I need physically to go to my local bank , during the weekdays working hours, drop my work or take day off during the bank's operating hours. (Banks are closed on weekends.) Also...moreover the bank is chargeing significant fees for transfer. That's extra money, plus forced separate charges for shipping from outside companies, plus customs tariffs on the top of auction fees. So, in this case doesn't make sense to participate in auctions at all , and use yuor platform. What do yoh think ? maybe, in the future, we'll not buy at all...

-e Terzo vengono comunque messe in vendita a un prezzo che non è neanche la metà del costo del legno.!
-Mi state creando un danno d'immagine restando poi queste false informazioni visibili su Google.
Le mie sculture partono da euro 1600 a 70.000 mila euro.
-Non è Onesto questo comportamento.
Se non sono accompagnate da una fattura autentica da me firmata vanno rimosse . Aspetto una vostra risposta nel minor tempo possibile.

Im Dezember 2025 haben wir zwei teure Uhren ersteigert. Nach Bezahlung haben wir um Verpackung gebeten, damit wir das Paket, über unseren Werte-Logistiker, nach Deutschland abholen lassen können. Dies wurde abgelehnt: "Die Firma verpackt nicht"! Da dies nicht aus den Kaufkonditionen ersichtlich war, wurde um Ausnahme gebeten, ein kleines Paket fertigzustellen damit wir es noch für Weihnachten erhalten. Dies wurde nochmals verweigert! Auf direktes Anschreiben an die Geschäftsleitung, beim erstmaligen Einkauf eine Ausnahme zu machen, und die zwei kleinen Artikel (es handelte sich ja nicht um große sperrige Ware) in einen Karton einzupacken, haben wir KEINERLEI Antwort erhalten. Es mußte dann eine sehr teurer, fremder Service "MBE" für das Verpacken und das Verschicken für Euro 150,00 beauftragt werden, was letztendlich zur Folge hatte, dass erst im Ende Januar 2026 die Auslieferung, der bezahlten Ware, erfolgte. Erwarten Sie keinerlei Service oder Hilfeleistung, wenn Sie erst einmal Ihre Rechnung bezahlt haben! Wir können nur sagen, dass wir dieses Geschäftsgebaren mehr als unseriös empfinden, und können nur abraten hier einzukaufen!

5. Februar 2026:
Vielen Dank für Ihre Stellungnahme. Der Kauf wurde direkt bei Drouot Estimations getätigt! Unser direkter Schriftwechsel mit, und an die Drouot Estimations Geschäftsleitung, wurde nicht beantwortet! Die Beschwerde richtet sich nicht gegen ein anderes Auktionshaus, welches über Drouot versteigert, denn die Ware wurde direkt bei Drouot Estimations erworben! Die vielen Telefonate und der SW mit dem Drouot Sekretariat, mit der Bitte, uns, die bei Drouot Estimations erworbene, bezahlte Ware, zur Abholung, zu verpacken, waren ohne Erfolg, die letzte E-Mail an die Geschäftsleitung wurde erst gar nicht, trotz Erinnerung, beantwortet! Wäre das kleine Paket zur Abholung, für unseren Wertelogistiker, fertig gemacht worden, wäre es noch vor Weihnachten 2025 angekommen und wir hätten nicht den teuren Service von MBE beauftragen mūssen. Damit haben wir 80,00 Euro mehr bezahlen müssen, und die Artikel, durch die Verzögerung, erst im Januar 2026 erhalten!

It’s great because you get access to a large number of auctions. It’s terribly difficult because you’re dealing with individual auction houses, each with their own rules etc. There is no coordinated shipping, it’s a real headache following up on purchases. There is no centralized service to track your purchases, shipping and delivery. There is no recourse if the Chanel brooch you bought at the auction turns out to be fake. Also the arrogance of French auction houses can be challenging, definitely not a service industry. I’d say as an individual stay away, as a collector it gives opportunities you’d not have otherwise. It’s also expensive. You’re better off dealing with online reseller sites like eBay, and others.

Le service d’estimation est rapide et fiable, que ce soit pour des objets d’art, des bijoux ou du mobilier.

Je recommande vivement Drouot Estimations à toute personne souhaitant faire évaluer des biens en toute confiance !

Je constate que certaines maisons de ventes modifient plusieurs fois le descriptif des lots avant la vente, ce qui leur permet de visualiser les enchères secrètes qui ont été placées. Ce n’est absolument pas déontologique et devrait être réglementé.

Great selection of auctions. Very easy and improved viewing of the lots. Simple registration for an auction. Right amount of reminders, so you are not flooded with emails.
