A medication assisted therapy office that is staffed by people who genuinely care about their clients. A very rare experience in my opinion.

It's Robert!!! Haha that guy wrote a 1 star review complaining about carol raising her voice! What's sensitive sissy 😅🤣 yo no wonder that guy has drug issues he can't emotionally handle reality! U want her to shake ur hand n smile! She ain't anythn but cool AF n ur review makes me smile due to ur 1 ⭐ sissy complaint.... Don't go there then! Sit at home n complain bout ur life instead next time!

This clinic has saved my life and have been the best care I could ever ask for . all the ppl in the taunton clinic have been the best and r very understanding and patient and sooooo very helpful in every way possible. Ty to all involved in helping us addicts!!!!!!

I've been a patient at this facility for some time now, and have nothing but good things to say. You get out what you put in. If you're honest and willing to put in the work with no excuses, then they'll all do everything in their power to help you help yourself. I've been treated with compassion and respect since day one

I am legally blind and have been without my doctor for sometime or psychiatrist my medication management has been spotty and without repetition I’ll to being unable to complete certain forms in contacts certain organizations in a timely fashion or anything that comes along with being disabled or visually impaired in my position is somewhat difficult but the employees staff and doctors in this office all treated with me with the upmost respect and quality as if I was a patient just like any other I was given respect and treated accordingly I was given my medication and sign up for a new appointment that day my experience was excellent and I can recommend this place to anyone that needs help thanks a lot

Dr. Friedman is the best! This facility is great, bright, cheerful and welcoming. It operates like a well-oiled machine. Making the transition here from another facility was seamless. I felt very welcomed and cared for, so grateful I've stayed in contact with Dr. Friedman, his dedication to his patients is so wonderful! I made a great move! The counselor I saw after the appointment was nice and seemed to care about the experience I had when I came in. The second I walked in the door of the office the secretary started raising her voice and being super rude and confrontational. This happened a few different times in the fifteen minutes I waited for the doctor. She was totally disrespectful and unprofessional. I've never been treated so poorly in a medical facility, a place I went to get help. When I related the story to other clients of this facility they told me that I am far from the only one who has been treated this way by her. Other than that my experience was fine.

I can’t recommend this place enough! I was with my previous Dr. for over 8 years until he retired. I was referred by his office to Recovery Connections in Natick and I couldn’t be happier. The facility is super clean, warm and inviting and the staff is as friendly as it gets!
I was a little nervous starting over with a new doctor, however Dr. Stacie has been extremely helpful and supportive with my recovery!
They also have a counselor on site which I’ve found personally very helpful! You can tell everyone from the office manager to the Dr. genuinely cares about the patients. Thank you!

The Dr. was wonderful, very friendly , very receptive & knowledgeable. I felt very at ease speaking with her. The counselor was equally as friendly, very sweet, patient, also sharing her personal stories about her cat & various things, very comfortable talking with her! The receptionist was funny, personable, great to talkto, very nice place, very nice, professional people!

Convenient and Great professional service. The secretary lady is one of a kind funny humor ..All other co-workers are awesome as well.

It was my first time at Recovery Connection Yesterday. Everyone was friendly and helpful. If you are looking for help with addiction I would recommend calling to make an appointment. They got me in the next day. The wait was long but obviously you have to take into consideration I was a new patient so there was paperwork, meeting counselors and then had to meet with the doctor. So far so good 😊

Seamless process, time efficient

The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. The counselor I met with was so informative and amazing personality. My primary doctor there was so kind and understanding and professional. She made things so easy and comfortable and never had a more pleasant simple experience. She made things happen so fast and simple it was the best experience I've ever had medically and I'm 52 years old.i typically don't take time to recommend things but in this experience felt compelled to express how simple and on point .I've been to other places for same treatment and there's no comparison in the manner of how every was done.i can't emphasize enough for anyone looking for this treatment in my opinion this is definitely the place you want to go.sincerly a extremely grateful patient.

This place has helped me in more ways than I can count...they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about addiction, everyone there is personable and genuinely want to help.
