I've used the custom service twice now and the supplied straps have been better than anticipated. The team are very attentive and ask sensible questions to ensure the right result is delivered. There's a good selection of leathers and colours and they were very obliging when I requested something different.
The open ended / fixed loop strap I last ordered came with an applied hot melt glue pre-applied which made for a very clean and easy fitment. Professional.

I bought a custom made strap for Breitling Premier in June 2025. I have been wearing the watch for special only and after 6 months, in December 2025 first problems with quality appeared. The croco leather was of a low quality and started to crumble.
I reported this to Teresa with photos and videos, asking her to send me new strap made from better leather.
Instead of doing this, she repeatedly asked me to send her the strap back for repair. Trust me, the state of the strap was not something repairable...
The conversation we have had 5 months did not lead anywhere.
So I decided to warn all buyers. Straps are nice, but if you want to use it, even occasionally, it will not last. Be really careful with Drwatchstrap. There is no quality guarantee at all by them.
