I am very pleased with both the watch band I purchased as well as the customer service I received throughout the process. I have an older Cartier and could not find a replacement band until I found dayday. I now have the exact band I had envisioned, and it attached and fits perfectly.
Throughout the relatively short buying process, Becky emailed me questions to ensure that exact measurements and personal design details were correct, sent me pictures of the final product, and let me know when it was being shipped.
When it was delivered, I was surprised to see such a professional box and the inclusion of installation tools that I hadn't expected. All in all, it was a great experience and I now have my favorite watch to show for it.

Extremely high service and value. The leather strap which I ordered was of high quality and the accessories which came with the strap was a nice touch as well. Recommend!

I found this company on line and saw the great reviews on Trustpilot so decided to try ordering 2 replacement watchbands for my Cartier.
