I just received my watch strap for my Hermes watch. Hermes wanted 5 times more money for their double-band strap - more money than many new watches. Dr. Watchstrap customer service was surprisingly amazing. We emailed back and forth so that I could send exact measurements of the watch. The new one is perfect. Very pleased.

Maria and Teresa went above and beyond to make sure the strap to my Carl Bucherer watch was perfect, making sure everything, including the color and stitching were correct before making the strap. I was pleasantly surprise by the service and end result of my replacement strap. Their customer service communicated and recommended the ideal length for my wrist. They have many option for straps, which is very good. When I received the strap, they gave the tools and showed me how to change the strap properly. The sewing was very fine. I am very pleased and highly recommend this shop.
