I've been buying GFUEL for over 10 years, and the main reason I keep coming back is the Blue Ice tub. I always buy a lot of Blue Ice and then a couple of something new just to try something different. But nothing has ever hit quite like the original Blue Ice.

So, in my recent order, I stocked up on a lot of Blue Ice 2.0, which is supposed to be the replacement for the original. I was honestly so hyped for this because it was supposed to be less chalky and mix better.

But holy F..., what a disappointment.

GFUEL literally took one of their best-selling tubs, if not the best-selling one, and completely changed the taste. It tastes absolutely nothing like the old Blue Ice. And it really pisses me off, especially since I've been drinking it every day for so many years.

Sadly, I won't be buying from them anymore. They screwed this up so badly. Maybe if they one day bring back the old one.

Great products and flavors, but wish the points didn't expire. It would incentivize customers to come back more.

GFuel is a pretty good place to buy energy drinks and powders for people who are looking for a bit of a pick me up in the mornings, or to avoid an afternoon crash. Its also an awesome place to find specific collectible boxes if you are into a certain media franchise. Take that with a grain of salt however as they don't have every single franchise in their store, but they do have a pretty decent amount of stuff to choose from. I'd also recommend to think about which one you'd like to have as these boxes are kind of heavy on your wallet. They've recently changed how some of their powder tasted however as some people have noted a chalky type flavor from their powdered drinks. But the newer flavor is actually a little better and isn't so odd in flavor. Still, some taste improvement could be needed, but its defiantly a better taste than before. You can get a shaker from their site too to mix your drinks with, but they are mostly in collector's boxes and don't have as many to purchase individually like before. That might be a bit tough if you want just a basic shaker for those who are collecting shakers and don't want to damage their actual shakers. I do love the option to have multiple drinks you can mix with your GFuel powder. It doesn't just taste great with water, but I have tried it with milk, almond milk, white grape soda, and strawberry milk and I am soooo loving the different combinations I can try along with this drink. All in all, this isn't too bad of a purchase if you'd like to try this out. And of course, the collectible boxes aren't that bad of a buy either. But I'd stick with just one or two franchises to select from as the boxes are pretty pricy by themselves, but at the same time, they do give you a bit of time between another collectible from the same franchise to choose from so that might be a chance for your wallet to fill back up before the next release. But fair warning, the collectibles aren't in store but for so long, even when they have the notifications on, so if you see it and you can afford it, buy whatever collectible or limited flavor that you want to try out or buy before they take it away from the store forever.

I recently bought GFuel a “pewdiepie” flavour thing and it tastes horrible I couldn’t even take another sip it ruined my entire day it left this bitter and nasty flavour in my mouth I can’t describe and would never buy this again or recommend to anyone.

I found out about Gfuel through a youtuber named Spookyloopz. He is a dead by daylight player. I've been buying Gfuel for quite some time now. Haven't tried a lot of the flavors but I've been sticking to the ones that haven't disappointed me. Only time I buy tubs are when they have BOGO deals. Flavors are great and easy to mix. Mainly use this for gaming or need a little bump when going to the gym. Shipping on the other hand, varies. The last few shipments, i had one order that took about 6 days, another took 11 days and the last one took about 15 days. So be wary of shipping times. I just placed an order since they have the BOGO deal right now (7/24/26) so lets how fast or slow shipping is. Sometimes i get these at amazon since ill get it in 2 days but flavors are limited.

I was telling myself that GFuel is like any other energy drink, nothing special, but when I tasted 1 flavor I was like OKAY WOW
and then I started to realize OKAY THAT'S MY NEW DRINK and I am happy to try other flavors as well

Great I love the flavours they allways arrive packaged perfectly every time not a single bad flavour. Only complaint is the extortionate delivery prices I pay to get it shipped in the uk

I placed a BOGO order on May 18 with a listed shipping method of "Standard 5-7 business days." Weeks later, my order was still delayed. While I understand that promotions can create higher order volume, the lack of communication and customer support has been unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the compensation offered for the delay was a code for a single shaker cup that still required me to pay shipping. The shaker was also close to selling out, meaning the compensation could become useless before I even had a chance to redeem it. Asking customers to spend more money because of a delay caused by your own fulfillment issues is not a meaningful solution.

I emailed customer support explaining my concerns and received no response for over a week. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. It feels like nearly every order I place with G FUEL ends up having some sort of shipping, inventory, or fulfillment problem.

If you want to wait a 12-14 business days without out warning and have them reply 3 days later Gfuel is perfect for u. This company fell off.

Absolutely terrible experience. My order (GF7469932) arrived completely smashed. The Bendy collector's box was crushed and the powder was spilling everywhere inside the package.
I contacted support, but because I paid for that extra shipping insurance they offer, they only gave me a partial refund. They actually refused to refund the original shipping costs! Why on earth should I pay for shipping when the item arrives broken and completely unusable?
Customer service just washes their hands, blames the insurance company, and stops caring. Your contract is with me, not the insurance. If you send a broken item, you refund the whole thing, including shipping.
Don't buy from them, especially if you are an international customer. If they refund the rest of my money, I'll update this review. Until then, 1 star.

I have ordered Gfuel many times and am generally a fan of their product. With that said, I am on day 11 of waiting for my order to be shipped, and there does not seem to be a way to contact anyone from this company to find out what is going on. Not being able to chat or send a direct email is pretty wild, I guess these guys figure customer service is optional.

I had a very disappointing experience with the GFUEL affiliate program.

Before promoting their products, I contacted their team in advance regarding acceptable promotional methods and proceeded based on the guidance provided to me at that time. I invested significant time, effort, and personal money into legitimate promotional activities to help bring customers to the brand.

After generating commissions, the system/dashboard showed the payments as processed or transferred, and I was even contacted to provide payment details. However, I never actually received the funds. Months later, I was informed that my account had been terminated and the commissions were forfeited.

I understand companies have the right to enforce policies, but affiliates also deserve transparency, consistency, and fair treatment — especially after investing real work and costs into promoting a brand in good faith.

I preorder back in 2022 dead space bundle got shipped to the wrong address i send multiple emails to gfuel they dont respond to your emails they only send one message talk to the delivery driver i talk to them they said they cant do refund talk to the company i bought it from gfuel i cant get a refund Gfuel have to be one of the worst company out there they dont give you refunds im giving it a one star thank you for scamming me im never buying gfuel again

While I love the products and goods y'all are selling I do have a few qualms and issues. The first being how fast it takes to process and order, while I understand the man power behind producing these kinds of products (being a sales person myself) it's always a battle to keep the customer informed, more communication is appreciated, more emails, more updates, just so I know something is happening. I bought a hat from y'all a few orders ago and it's still coming up as "waiting for details" just tell me what's happening please. Other than that y'all are fantastic, even stuff that's brand new y'all supply in a decent time frame. Thanks for all the work ya put in, and all in all just be more communicative. Thanks again!

Ordered in September a pre-order item, took till April after numerous contacting to say "out of stock, refunded"

Really bad customer support and service. Switching elsewhere after years of gfuel.

I used to enjoy your product when I didn’t have to wait a month for the orders to show up

I haven’t got anything from you guys yet and no updates so I’m not to sure what to expect

I dont like the waiting game amd looking to find out when im super busy.
