Hoe bijzonder om te horen dat de hanger zó mooi is geworden en dat het uploaden van de foto zo eenvoudig ging. Daar doen we het echt voor ✨

En dat de ontvanger geraakt was door de vormgeving en de helderheid van de foto… dat maakt ons zó blij. Een persoonlijk sieraad mag echt iets losmaken 💫

Regarding your return — once a return is sent, we rely on the carrier’s tracking to confirm delivery. If it hasn’t arrived with us yet, it may still be in transit or delayed. We would really appreciate it if you could share the tracking details with us via email so we can investigate this properly for you.

As for quality, all of our pieces are made from stainless steel and designed for everyday wear without discolouring. It genuinely saddens us to hear that your item did not meet your expectations.
